Hello, I ordered a single left joycon for $**.** for the Nintendo switch on ********* and received the package on *********. When I received it, it felt like nothing was in it but I thought joycons were small as it is so it must be fine. But upon opening the box there was nothing in it but airbubble wrap and half of a receipt. The box didn’t look tampered with at all so I’m not sure what could’ve happened. I tried contacting GameStop immediately and emailed a bunch, but no response at all. No email back. And due to COVID-** all calls are at least an hour wait. As to which I waited as long as I could, more than an hour and still no one answers. Seems like they’re quick to take your money but not to help their own customers in even the slightest. After getting no response I then called USPS and after talking with everyone, they couldn’t help me in the end because my order was not insured. I’m sure someone who sees a box labeled GameStop on it, they’re gonna want to steal what’s inside. But by this experience alone I will not be doing anymore business with GameStop after this. I just want my money back please.
