I called a local store and complained about the long WWE advertisement before I was able to speak to her. I asked about the game Trine* and she said she did not Have it at her store nor was it at any other store that I would have to buy it online. I’ve been cold for stores in the Mesa Gilbert area and they all had the game. I called her back and asked her why was she tell me that and she was rude again. She was rude and seemed this interested that I was complaining about listening to this advertisement for so long and I feel like she lied and told me the game was in the area. I called the game start on stately Drive and baseline Road in Mesa Arizona and they had the game. I drove there and purchase the game with no problem. They were courteous and helpful as they always are. I am very unhappy with the way this manager handle customer service and feel she needs to be disciplined for it.
