I can not retrieve my rewards coupon on power up rewards. I have talked with * different Gamestop stores, customer service half a dozen times with extremely long waits. I have power up pro rewards*couldn't access coupon using points for $**.** coupon. I then opened a free power up rewards and was told when it activated and i got a number, called them back they could transfer the point and I could get my coupon from power up rewards. None of this has happened. I have since spent several hundred dollars on PS* VR for FNAF and motions controllers. I just lost my job due to the hospital closing*been there ** years. The $**.** coupon would make a big difference. Please get back to me to resolve this issue.

GetHuman-bertosh did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
