To whom it may concern:**Last year I bought a Nintendo switch from the GameStop in North Olmsted, Ohio. I was told by the-then-manager that the * year warranty would cover everything including physical damage and water damage. Which sold me on the warranty. The dog got ahold of it and damaged it. I took it up to GameStop this morning and was told by the assistant manager that the warranty does not cover physical damage because it won’t be able to be fixed. I relayed my story to her including the guy who sold me the console and warranty last year. She told me he no longer works for the company. She said she would have to store manager call me if there is anything he could do. So I’m not sure if I’ll hear from him. So I was sold a warranty under false pretenses. The warranty is still active but cant be used or transferred to a new console If someone could please contact me on the matter I would much appreciate it. **Sent from my iPhone
