i purchase a digital PS gift card from your company on April *st at *:** pm. the order * is ****************. i would give you the last * of my card * but not knowing how secure your website is i decided not. but will give you the *st middle , and last * along with the name *(visa ****) you sent me links on how to download my card but non of the links worked! the first, ordering the card through your websites i gave the correct last * of my card and my confirmation * order *, when the results came back it stated no such order could be found. Please Note: at the time of order i did not have a game stop account, and didn't have your mobile app or any other app from game stop installed on any of my devices. next i tried again to find the instructions and download procedures or at least information pertaining to it with no success. on purchases via your guess sign in purchases. this also resulted in faulty or non productive results* it stated" an error had occurred to try back later i did and now the entire context change, now the results were more in concert with the results i got on your website regarding no order fitting that description could be found. thinking if i downloaded your mobile app first from play store i could easily resolve the issue. but no success. i don't know what went wrong but i was never able to download my digital card. this is odd coming from game store giant like game stop. my interpretations was after i gave you the correct and legit bank card last * order * and confirmation * that your billing staff would be all over it trying to find a viable solution to my problem but this has not been the case. For something that in essence should have taken a few days at best, has now turned into a long drawn out affair. because from your records you probably can plainly see that the money was taken out of my account and the gift card has never been downloaded or used. to the sum of **.** you seem to putting all of this on the back burner and in essence was and to add insult to injury i went on your website to see wheater any updates had been implemented on my behalf. yes there were one! under status it was closed. this has gotten me pissed off more than ever before seeing that i have contacted you lots of times on this matter but the only thing i got was a fake unreal apology but no real attempts to get my problem resolve. so it left me with one other viable option, i'm going to the website whereas i made my purchase. PAYPAL. it appalls me that an economic giant such as game stop would even have the audacity to rip a lowly consumer tying to purchase one of their products. i know that a lot of things can go wrong in ordering online, it could be the settings on one or more devices in question, or it could be my firewall presenting me to from opening up the downloaded gift card but i have checked and double checked with security on my mobile device and that is not the case. so my last resort and asking game stop once again to adhere to policies implemented by your own company regarding fair play and giving the customer what they has paid for. so for the many many times now as in the past i'm asking you is please have the gumption,of fair play to refund my money for this purchase. i know in cases like these consumers hands are tied going up against companies like game stop who have the top legal mind working for them. but this card was suppose to be a gift to my handicapped son on his **th birthday. so in essence game stop i can assure even though it such a small amount to you, it is large in my eyes so I've just begun to fight.you have a reputation to uphold. consumer affairs the news media and BBB. would love to hear about this. but all of this can be diverted by you doing the right thing in regards to your customers
