Help with my GameStop issue

The issue in GetHuman-queengwe's own words
I waited for cyber Monday to purchase an xbox one white wireless controller for $**.** and a pre owned copy of No Man's sky at $**.**. I also bought a few other items like a protection plan for the used game and anither game for *.**. **When I checked out to pay on gamestops website it prompted me to pay via paypal. When I clicked to finalize my purchase the webpage expired and read an error so I refreshed page and re-clicked to pay for my order. I checked my email and found I was charged twice. *I immediately called your customer service waiting whrs on the phone and the person said I had to cancel through paypal the second duplicate charge. I still received confirmation emails that both orders were being processed. Again I called gamestop to confirm they deleted my one order and they said yes. I called a third time to double check I at least still had my one Original order coming that I placed and it was cancelled. How many hrs wasted do I have to go through being a customer till this is resolved? I want my cyber monday discount. I want a human being to contact me and right this wrong or I will have to contact BBB to help me. This is not right.
