I went to a GameStop in a mall and in the window was an ad sign that showed a switch which included a Mario Cart and a ** dollar gift card. When we got there was no code to download but we got the gift card. I called the store and he told me I was mistaken about the sign but we describe where it was and what was in front of it. The he said oh. Then he said that was only for Black Friday early morning and told him the sign said sale was until ********. He pretty much told me I was wrong and I should talk to marketing because the sign was wrong. I’m not happy and I have been trying to call for two days and the wait time is insane. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I want to speak to some one to get this resolved.
