Help with my GameStop issue

GameStop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-smurfkin a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Ok I've gotten a used PlayStation * system and a warranty * a Year that's still good when i took the system into the store to be exchanged since I've had problems with it the clerk told me that i couldn't get the money back which i didn't care i was bringing in the system to be exchanged but after clerk asked to wipe information off my system and i said ok he then wipes system and hands me ** dollars which i said i was only bringing the system into be exchanged since i have a warranty that's good for a year the clerk then told me i couldn't switch systems without buying a new PlayStation * and I've called other gamestop tulsa locations who told me too contact the store i got my system from I've called that store * different time's since then each time no answer and it's the same trying to contact customer service or support never get anybody too answer only automatically but since I've been unable too speak with anybody that can or that's willing to clear this up after i receive my pre order game's from gamestop I'll have no more dealing with them and yes i still have my warranty thank you
