Hi! I bought a * count box of fuji film for my sons instax camera. He began to use this film and half of the image is black. Thinking he exposed it somehow, we changed the film using one from the same box. Again, half the image is black. Tried one last time with film from the same box after taking the camera apart to see if there is an issue with the camera. Again, half the image is black. At this point we figure he must have dropped and broken his camera. So we buy him a new instax. Put film from the same box in it and again half the image is black. At this point it dawns on me that the box of film is the issue. Now I am out $** for a camera that wasnt broken and $** for a box of film that was messed up. I would like to be refunded.
GetHuman2953118 did not yet indicate what Fujifilm should do to make this right.
