We were schedule to fly to Colorado Springs on **** due to problems with the plane we ended up stranded in Denver. No rent a cars available, we were going to uber to Colorado Springs, then come to find out, because of how late it was, our hotel in Colorado Springs was cancelled. Leaving us to find a hotel for the night in Denver, more money then the one we originally had, and just for a few hours, then had to rent a car the following day to get to Colorado Springs, more money spent again. What did we get, vouchers to travel again, although I will never fly Frontier again. I want a full refund. I don't appreciate being told you can't, just because we flew back on our round trip ticket. Frontier tells me they can't refund my money. That is ridiculous and the flight out was delayed as well. I would like a response from someone in the corporate office. This was the worst flying expierence I have ever had and I don't fly, unless I have to. How do you leave people stranded when they are not even familiar with the State, and then tell them no refund, because we flew home. Was I suppose to spend even more money trying to get home ??? I would appreciate a full refund. I know it is possible. I work in the customer service field. Giving us ***. vouchers, that will never be used, does not compensate for anything. Compensating, would be giving us a full refund, to compensate for the stress this caused, as well as the extra money having to be spent, because of this incident. confirmation o*hcxj and rckbta
