Help Her shes at the airport for next five hours with nothing to eat and has diabetes!! ... Christine Hitch, my Mother is sixty two years old with stage two diabetes. She is currently stranded in Indianapolis Airport with an Eight hour flight delay to MCO Orlando. We are wondering once she reaches Three hours after her Original Itinerary can she be placed on an alternate flight to the same destination with an airline that Frontier has Agreements with. Also when she reaches Four hours past departure time where and how can she retrieve $** and food voucher that is supposed to be provided to her under these circumstances. Compensated Immediately with food voucher and email of when money will be given based off your written rules that specifically state when scheduled Itinerary Exceeds Three to Four hours customer will be compensates with the above!
