I'm looking for the vouchers that were given to others on my original **** flight.*I was reserved to take flight **** from TUL to MCO on Sun. ****. I arrived early as requested and the flight started being delayed almost immediately. It was bumped back several times with no definitive answer given as to if the flight would actually take off. I was told by the Frontier agents at the ticketing counter that I could reserve another return flight for the next available flight from TUL to MCO which was on **** and I'd receive a voucher for the first flight. As inconvenient as it was to made arrangement to stay another * days I did this. Upon check in on ****, I asked about the original flight on ****. I was told by the gentleman that the flight had been delayed due to a passenger smoking in the restroom and they had to put the plane down where they could. Why was it necessary to land the plane and inconvenience everyone awaiting that flight? Why couldn't they have handled the issue once it arrived at TUL? I was told by the sweet lady at the ticketing counter that my original **** flight was delayed until **:**ish p.m. takeoff and that vouchers were handed out to those still at the airport and notifications of $*** vouchers were emailed to those of us that had left. I've checked email and haven't received any such notification. I tried to call customer service and it's automated service doesn't provide an option for me to speak with anyone to discuss this voucher. *In addition, I was on flight **** Tues. **** and our travel was diverted to Tampa due to weather. There was an altercation with another passenger sitting on the row behind me and I just want to state that the Frontier staff onboard and the pilots handled this issue with the utmost respect. The passenger was out of line and making claims that weren't exactly true. She was removed by police, questioned and then returned to her seat where she continued to rumble. The airport agent came in to check on her and spoke to her in the nicest manner only to be answered very rudely by the passenger. Frontier should be very pleased with the way that all of their employees handled the issue and got us safely to our destination in the most timely manner possible.
