In March someone hacked my account and made * purchases of $*** each on the same day. I called forever **, I was told my account would be under investigation & I had to fill out paperwork that I would receive in the mail. I canceled my account at the time, I filled out the papers & sent them back. Now I receive a statement of the purchases that someone else made and my issue wasn’t resolved at all.
I trust that Forever21.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
