I placed an order under the name of Bhimaram with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. However, I did not receive the item at either my address as expected. I have already made the payment in advance. I want my refund immediately. I have been waiting for 15 days and they are claiming that the item has been delivered. I feel cheated by the Flipcard Help Center. I have not received a satisfactory response, and I am considering taking legal action.

I opened my Flipkart account two years ago using the mobile number [redacted]. Unfortunately, a few months back, I lost both the phone and that number. The issue I'm facing now is that when attempting to update my mobile number, OTPs are sent to both the new and old numbers. I have received the OTP for the new number and reset my password, but I cannot enter the OTP sent to the old number as I no longer have access to it. This obstacle is preventing me from changing my mobile number associated with my Flipkart account. I would appreciate any guidance on how to successfully update my current mobile number on my Flipkart account.

I have two OnePlus 7 phones, both with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, identical in every way except for the IMEI numbers on the invoice. Recently, when one of the phones malfunctioned, I took it to the service center with the bill. It came to my attention that the IMEI numbers on the phone and invoice are different. I contacted an executive who advised me to send photos of the invoice and the phone's IMEI number to [redacted] for resolution. Despite following this guidance, I have yet to receive a response. This mix-up is concerning, especially coming from a reputable company like Flipkart. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly. I purchased a Samsung 7kg 5-star inverter washing machine from Flipkart, but unfortunately, it does not fit in the intended location. Per the replacement policy in the order details, I should be able to return the product; however, customer service is not allowing it. During delivery, I was informed that the engineer would accommodate our placement request, but upon arrival, he stated otherwise. Due to this issue, I am unable to install the product as planned and request a refund. I urge you to address this matter promptly. Dear Sir, I purchased the Samsung 7kg 5star inverter Washing Machine from Flipkart for INR [redacted] with the product number ODI[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the product does not fit in the intended location as discussed during delivery. Per the replacement policy outlined in the order details, we are requesting to return the product. However, the customer service is not cooperating with this request. During the delivery, we were assured that the engineer would place the product as needed, but upon arrival, we were informed of placement limitations. Hello Team, I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the product I got had a different color and was missing the tags. I requested a return, but the pickup was cancelled due to the absence of tags and the color mismatch. Despite reaching out to customer support, I haven't received a resolution yet. Since my return window is closing soon, I have initiated another return request specifically citing the color mismatch as the reason. However, it seems that the pickup personnel are not being notified of this issue. Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Kodak TV from you on Flipkart with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. I have been facing issues trying to return the TV. Despite going back and forth with your customer service over the phone, Flipkart escalated a refund request, but it got denied after the technician's visit. I am very dissatisfied with the TV's quality. There are visible light leaks from underneath and a significant gap between the body of the TV and the glass panel. This could lead to long-term damage to the panel. Although the TV is still functional, it appears cheaply made. During the technician's attempt to install it, the bezels got scratched and the paint chipped off. I am uncomfortable with the quality, especially due to the gap in the bezels, and I do not want to be stuck with a subpar product. I understand your procedures. I am willing to purchase another TV from a different brand through your Omnitech platform. However, Flipkart has not provided me with the seller's contact information. The technician informed me that they can only check the TV, and communication with the seller is necessary for a refund. How can I proceed without any means to contact them? I am requesting either a refund or a replacement with a different brand of TV that I can physically inspect in a store before confirming my choice. I am willing to consider a more expensive TV for replacement. I have spent the past few days dealing with this issue and have faced neglect at every turn. Hello, I purchased a Samsung M01 Core (Black, 32 GB) for INR [redacted] on November 2, [redacted], and it was delivered on November 6, [redacted]. After starting to use the phone on November 10, [redacted], I experienced issues with overheating while talking and charging, as well as occasional unresponsiveness of the touch screen due to the heat. Despite filing complaints on November 11 and 12, and attempting to contact Flipkart via phone and live chat, I have not received a satisfactory response. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was directed to another department and then abruptly disconnected after 40-45 minutes on the call. Subsequent attempts to get a refund for the faulty phone have been met with rejection for a replacement. It appears that Flipkart is not adequately addressing the issue and I am now requesting an urgent refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may need to seek legal action in accordance with e-commerce regulations. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I am feeling distressed due to the defamation caused by Flipkart. This is the second time I am feeling this way, and last time the police intervened to help me. I have filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the police under number (BLR416901) and also lodged a consumer complaint with number ([redacted]). 1. The lack of accurate information from your employees is causing confusion as each one gives different responses to the issues I raise. 2. Your employees claim that customers can only get solutions through email, even when a customer requests to talk over the phone. 3. After calling customer care and being promised a solution today, I did not receive a call. When I contacted your team, I was informed that complaints can only be made via email. 4. Several incidents have occurred, such as defamation, being cheated of Rs. [redacted] by Whismaster, receiving incorrect information, having my number blocked, and feeling harassed. This has left me with no choice but to take legal action by filing cases with the police and consumer court. I intend to seek compensation of at least 10 lakhs for the embarrassment and losses I have suffered. I have all the evidence such as call recordings, videos, images, chats, and emails to prove the actions of Flipkart and Ekart. If you wish to provide a resolution, please call me after 5:15 PM as I am at work until 5 PM.

I placed an order for 15 products on 15.10.[redacted] during the big billion days on Flipkart. I have downloaded the invoice and received the email invoice, but the specific invoices for two products, the Wildcraft Daredevil 43L laptop Backpack (Rs.[redacted]) and Visko premium combination screwdriver set (Rs.76), are missing from the PDF. I have been trying to resolve this issue since receiving my order. Three different agents have provided varying solutions. The first agent, Sharmila, on 18/11/20 mentioned that the seller cannot provide the invoice and suggested accepting a Flipkart gift voucher for Rs.76. When I inquired further, she disconnected the call. I raised the issue through the app and on 19/11/20, another agent proposed a full refund as the invoice couldn't be provided. I requested a call back to decide but did not receive one. On 20/11/20, a different agent mentioned the same issue with the invoice but offered a Rs.[redacted] gift voucher instead of a refund. They credited the voucher without my approval. I need the missing invoices, especially for the Wildcraft bag to ensure its authenticity.

I ordered the VIVO Bluetooth Hat, but instead, I received a Samsung Bluetooth and the bill mentioned the VIVO Bluetooth Hat. I filed a complaint for a replacement, but the courier could not collect the Samsung Bluetooth because the collection request specified the VIVO Bluetooth Hat. I am confused and disappointed with the mix-up and lack of proper checks during delivery. I suspect that you may be profiting from defective products. I purchased a BMS JUICER MIXER GRINDER from Flipkart on November 2, [redacted]. The product was supposed to come with 6 jars according to the picture, but I only received 3 jars. I have been raising complaints every four days for the past couple of weeks, but Ekart delivery is unable to resolve the issue. The delivery person insists that I need to give back all 6 jars to receive a replacement. This situation is disappointing and unsatisfactory coming from a reputable company. When paying the full amount of [redacted] for the BMS MIXER JUICER GRINDER, I expect to receive the complete product without having to beg for a replacement. I placed an order for an Infinix smartphone on November 13th with a card discount of ₹[redacted]. Initially, it showed that the product was packed and shipped on November 23rd, but it has not been packed or shipped yet. After contacting customer care, they mentioned the issue would be resolved by November 26th; however, the product was still not packed on that day. Following up, they asked me to wait until November 27th for more details, but I still did not receive them. The delays have left me very frustrated, particularly with Flipkart's delivery service. Yesterday, customer care advised me that I could cancel the order if it is not packed by November 28th. I am curious why my order was accepted if they cannot fulfill it, especially now that many offers and products are out of stock. How can I purchase a new phone in this situation?

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves but only received 1 pair, though the order status claims both were delivered. I've been attempting to contact customer support without success. The call-back option isn't viable because my old mobile number is registered, not my current one. When I tried to update it, Flipkart required an OTP to the old number for verification. It's frustrating dealing with this strange policy. It's illogical to need access to the old number just to update your information.

I purchased an Eureka Forbes water filter, but after installation, we discovered a leak. Despite multiple visits from the service center, the issue remains unresolved. I have reached out to customer care several times with no satisfactory response. I am terribly disappointed with the service provided. Each time I contact them, I am told the issue will be fixed within 24 hours, but it continues to persist. I kindly request a refund for the product as the problem persists.

I purchased a Pigeon pressure cooker on October 16th, but it took 15 days to be delivered. When I tried to return it, the refund was canceled five times. Additionally, I ordered a Leo pressure cooker on October 30th, and it arrived damaged. Despite requesting a replacement, it's been over a month, and the refund for both orders has not been processed correctly. I regret shopping on Flipkart due to these issues.

I was recently targeted by fraudsters pretending to be from Paytm, who used my card on September 19, [redacted]. I have tried calling your helpline at [redacted]8 but have not received a response. I have also filed an FIR and visited Rupeepay's office to submit my statement, but I have not heard back. I am unsure of the address of Flipkart's office in Mumbai. I have completed all required forms at the bank. How can I receive assistance and track the delivery address of the products sent by the fraudsters?

My order number OD[redacted][redacted]0 was unfortunately damaged by Ekart Logistics during transit. The live plant was not delivered, and upon checking the shipping update, it was confirmed that the item was harmed by the courier service. I received a product that did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund promptly the next day, but instead of addressing my concerns, they just made excuses. I clearly stated that the product received did not match the order details and features, yet no actions were taken. Now, my account status has been blocked, hindering any further progress.
