Hi Team,*I have ordered a product but I have received the same design with different color and also without any tags.*I have ordered something having white and golden color but I have received a product having white and red color.**So , I have placed a return request and when I have returned the product, the pick up person did not pick it up and cancelled the return because the tags were not present and also the product does not match with that ordered product (the color is different).**I have tried to call customer support and resolve this issue.*Till now I have not received any proper feedback on returning my order.**So, I have again placed a return request as because tomorrow my return window will close. **Each time when I am placing a return request I am providing the reason as a color mismatch but the pickup boy is not getting notification on that.**So, I believe the same will happen this time also.**Can you please let me know the procedure by which I can return the product having color mismatch issues and missing tags.**Thanks & Regards,*Swarnali Lahiri
