See I have already submitted the documents SEVERAL SEVERAL TIMES in mail as well as in my flipkart account... the order was done from registered mobile number: **********. Even one of your executives have said me to send the documents and details in *****@***.com because I am not getting any any mails in my registered flipkart account. WHY ARE THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN NEEDED...? Today again the return process got initiated... within *th October I can claim for return. I am trying to return it since **rd September.. totally harassed.*Check the mail at *****@***.com on **th September around *pm. *I ordered for Dipika Ghatak, a Libas Kurti and Palazzo set of Medium size and of Grey Shade as shown in the order picture. But we got a completely different product as attached in the PDF file. We received an item of Libas ONLY kurti, of XS size and of Green shade. Even the Order ID was the same as found on the package of Flipkart and as in my Flipkart account (Order ID: OD******************) The product is totally different. I HAVE UPLOADED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WITH THE EMAIL ATTACHMENT in *****@***.com as well as in *****@***.com. I tried several times to contact your executives and also tried to upload the documents through my Flipkart account. I don't know why it wasn't received. I even didn't get any email to my registered email id: *****@***.com.*This was a PREPAID item. We got totally harassed for this issue. Never had such a worse experience from Flipkart. It was a gift item. It was so shameful. It was a horrible experience. I buy so many items from Flipkart and my Mother, Lipika Banerjee is the Premium Member from Flipkart.*I NEED IMMEDIATE RETURN AND IMMEDIATE REFUND for this item.*Please cooperate as fast as possible
