I have been ordering on flipkart for several years and recently i have ordered a mobile display and it is damaged. while i was applying for return it showed your account has been blocked.later i tried to re login i was unable to access my account. I have already raised a few complaints in customer care. They told higher authorities will contact you and clear your issue. No one has contacted me and cleared it. I have to return it. Its amount is **** that's my half month salary please provide me to return. also give customers a warning your account will be blocked for the next return or give note that the customer can return only ** or ** products. please help me i have got your mail id in a website after one weak search (*****@***.com) this mail id is not working.

GetHuman-shajanti did not yet indicate what FlipKart should do to make this right.
