Previously I ordered one pendrive and I got status updates saying item reached nearest hub. Post that all of sudden I got a mail saying your item is cancelled by seller. *I got irritated with this and asked Flipkart for explanation on this. For that they have blocked my account. ... I am not able to login, using my password. When I am going for Forgot password I am getting OTP, but after entering OTP it is displaying message unable to login now, please try after some time.*Post this issue I tried to connect with Flipkart customer care and finally from a different phone number I was able to speak to them. They told me that they will check and update through mail communication. *After * day I got mail saying your account is blocked because your purchase history says the item(which is a **GB pendrive) you are purchasing is not intended for personal use. *I replied asking for an explanation, but they are simply copy pasting the same reply. **What a great way of serving customers...,
I never purchased items for reselling, I think Flipkart is using some wrong algorithm to find tracking of customer orders.
I want my account to be activated again with my all existing plus coins. And no other customers should get these kind of experience with Flipkart.
So far I ordered and got only one pendrive from Flipkart. Usually I am ordering some newly released phone through Flipkart.
I requested multiple times to Flipkart customer care to activate my account. but they are always telling me the same thing.

I tried to call from another number and it got connected. The executive was saying there is some technical error which the team is looking in to and they will get back with the resolution in * days and will communicate the same through email.
