The product was delivered on May 17, [redacted], and the installation was scheduled for May 20, [redacted], through a service request with Jeeves Consumers Pvt Ltd. Unfortunately, the technician did not show up as planned and did not communicate any delays. Upon reaching out to the customer care team, Mr. Alok Mohapatro was assigned to the job. Despite promising to arrive at 17:30, he only came at 22:00 after repeated calls. He assured a visit at 19:00 the next day but did not answer calls and displayed unprofessional behavior. I am hopeful that your assistance can help resolve this issue and prevent further inconvenience caused by the technician's actions.

I purchased a Dell 22" PC Monitor SE2219HX from FlipKart on April 6, [redacted]. The Order ID is: OD[redacted][redacted]0. The item was packed and sent out on April 9, and it arrived at the nearest FlipKart warehouse in Nedumangad, Trivandrum, Kerala on April 13. I got a call from the distribution center on April 14 and had my brother pick up the monitor that same day at around 06:14 P.M. Unfortunately, the person who handed us the item forgot to update it as delivered since the responsible staff had left for the day by 06:00 P.M. As a result, the item remained undelivered in the system and eventually switched to RTO status. I had initially paid using a Credit Card (EMI), with the first installment debited on May 2, [redacted], and then refunded on May 9 as the order was canceled. Now, the warehouse needs to return the item amount of INR [redacted] to FlipKart, and I need to repay them by the end of this month. I kindly request an alternative payment link to settle the INR [redacted] directly through EMI to FlipKart/The Seller, avoiding involving the Nedumangad Warehouse staff. I purchased an Acer Swift 5 laptop during a sale, but I missed the first delivery attempt. I arranged for a new delivery on the 24th, but I wasn't home at the time. The delivery person then suggested I pick it up from the Flipkart office the next day, providing me with the office address. I planned to collect it the following day, but late that night, I received a message stating that my order had been refunded and canceled. This sudden change surprised me. I was informed that the cancellation occurred after three delivery attempts, even though I had not received any notifications of the previous attempts on the 19th as they claimed. Moreover, at the same time, I received a message saying that my order was on its way, creating confusion. The price difference now prevents me from reordering at the new rate, leaving me feeling frustrated by this situation.

I purchased earphones from you in November [redacted], and one of the earbuds stopped working after 4 months of use. I purchased a mobile device on the 18th of this month with an expected delivery date of the 29th. However, the Ecom Express courier seems to have lost my package and falsely claimed that I was not available at my office address. I am currently residing in Saudi Arabia, and I recently ordered three kurtis for women to be delivered to my friend's house in Hyderabad. While the delivery status shows that two items were delivered on May 29th, the third was delivered only yesterday. However, I have only received the last item, and the other two supposedly delivered items are unaccounted for. The tracking information indicates they were delivered to security, even though my friend's house doesn't have security personnel. I am on a tight schedule as my friend departs for Saudi Arabia tomorrow, leaving me with today to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, contacting Flipkart from Saudi Arabia has been challenging, with no response to my emails. I am determined to get this matter solved promptly as it was a prepaid order, and the items should not have been handed over to anyone without proper authorization. I urgently need a way to reach Flipkart from Saudi Arabia.

Dear Flipkart Team, I am Sandeep, and I recently ordered a Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile phone. The courier arrived at my nearby store yesterday. Unfortunately, when the courier person called me yesterday, I was not available at home. He mentioned having trouble locating my address accurately. I provided him with the correct details, and he assured me of delivering it there. However, today he called to say they were unable to process the delivery at my location. This experience with Ekart's delivery service has left me disappointed due to their false commitments. Hello, my name is Tanima Debnath. I recently installed the Flipkart app and encountered an issue when trying to place an order. The app requested my email address, but when I entered it and tried to save it, I received an error message stating that the ID was already in use. This happened because I had a previous Flipkart account on my old phone, but I forgot the password. When I tried to create a new account with my email address, it wouldn't save. I then used the "forgot password" option, entered my current phone number to receive an OTP, and successfully logged in. However, when trying to save my email ID for the invoice, I faced the same problem again. I attempted to resolve this by contacting customer support, but unfortunately, the executives were always busy. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed with the service provided.

I recently purchased a refrigerator online yesterday with Order # OD[redacted][redacted]0. The delivery date is set for June 10, [redacted], and the installation is scheduled for June 13. However, I am unable to wait three days after delivery for installation since my old refrigerator will be picked up on the same day as the new one's delivery. I noticed that online I can get the same product delivered by June 8. I'm hoping to have it delivered on the 8th and installed on the same day. I purchased a MegaSlim stainless steel lunch box for Rs. [redacted]. The total payment including charges was Rs. [redacted]. Despite ordering a violet box, I received a red one with a broken lid. I opted to return the red box and requested my violet box through the return policy. After five days, an Ekart representative collected the damaged item but couldn't accept it as I had selected "product damaged" instead of "color mismatch."
