After May 2nd, I had trouble logging into my Flipkart account. I received an email stating that my order ending in ([redacted]) was canceled due to suspicions that my purchases weren't for personal use. I want to rectify this because the items I bought were indeed for personal use in my household. Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that only the head team could assist me, and they would respond in 72 hours. However, days passed without any communication from them. I've already sent photos of the products and their corresponding bills for verification.

Subject: Issue with Failed Order Payment To whom it may concern, I wish to report an incident where I attempted to purchase a ladies watch priced at Rs.[redacted] on March 19th, [redacted], around 11:28 pm. Following the payment, I received a message indicating an unsuccessful transaction, despite funds being debited from my account. The message from my bank read: "Your debit card x7605 used on ECOM at FLIPKART PAYMENTS BANGALORE KAIN for Rs [redacted].00". Unfortunately, the order was not processed, and the amount has not been refunded. Despite multiple attempts to contact Flipkart customer service, I have been unable to connect with a representative. I bought a Hitachi 1.5-ton 3-star AC from Flipkart on June 4, [redacted]. They promised delivery by June 6, and installation by June 7, but none of that happened. After a long wait, we contacted customer care to find a technician, and they claimed the technician had called but we were unavailable. They rescheduled for the next day. This experience revealed Flipkart's false promises to customers. We encountered problems due to their negligence. I vow not to order from Flipkart again. They need to improve their services.

I recently purchased sunglasses online. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, and I was only informed on the scheduled day of arrival. To my surprise, three days later, I received a cancellation notification from the seller, claiming their courier couldn't reach me. However, I never received any delivery attempt calls. It's disappointing that the order was canceled without any genuine attempt to contact me. I expect a reasonable explanation for this situation. I am frustrated with the protocols of your company. I placed an order which is now 15 days delayed and I still haven't received it. In contrast, I placed an order on Amazon on the same day and received it in just 4 days. Your service charge of $[redacted] is more than the product's cost of $[redacted]. This experience has been disappointing, and I may not order from your company again in the future.

I purchased a realme 3 pro through Flipkart recently. Overall, the phone is working well, but there are two main issues that I have noticed. Firstly, the touch sensitivity is lacking and there is a noticeable delay when using apps and games, making gaming difficult at times. Additionally, the processor seems to be laggy and sticky, causing frustration. I am considering replacing it or if feasible, switching to a different phone like the redmi note 7 pro.

I ordered a wardrobe that was delivered on May 29th as per incident number [redacted]. However, the installation was not completed within the promised 24 hours. Despite multiple calls and complaints, I have not received any satisfactory responses from your customer service representatives. The lack of installation and delays have been extremely frustrating. I have escalated the matter to your Grievance team, and while I received assurances that the issue would be resolved, I have yet to see any progress. The customer service experience provided by Flipkart has been disappointing and unprofessional. I have recordings of all my interactions with your representatives and am considering further action if this matter is not resolved promptly. I purchased two JFC Women Casual, Formal, Evening/Party White PU Sling Bag Cream ST-00CR Combo Ring|ST-001CR on June 7, [redacted], for RS. [redacted].00 with delivery included. Each combo costs RS. [redacted].00, and both were supposed to be in the order. However, upon delivery on June 12, [redacted], I found only one combo in the package. I paid cash on delivery and checked the package after payment. The printed price on the package was for both combos, but I only received one. I kindly request you to resolve this issue by sending me the missing combo without an additional delivery charge. I had already paid RS. 58.00 for delivery for both combos.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided by your company. I intend to file a writ petition against Flipkart for what I perceive to be a violation of my fundamental rights. After approximately 15-20 days, the phone began to experience battery issues, depleting quickly even when not in use. Though I reached out to customer support within the 30-day return window, they declined my request for a replacement. When I visited the service center, they identified and resolved a software issue. Recently, the phone stopped charging, prompting a return to the service center where they concluded it was not eligible for replacement. Subsequent inquiries with Apple support revealed that the device was refurbished and in operation since August [redacted]. This discovery has compelled me to take legal action against Flipkart for upholding my consumer rights.

I regret to inform you that the TV I purchased on March 11th for my brother developed an issue within 20 days. He contacted the MI service center on April 11th via email. A service representative visited our home ([redacted]) to inspect the TV, taking several photos of the damaged screen where more than 90% was black with lines, including the serial number. The representative assured us the TV would be replaced promptly, but this has become a prolonged process. This has been a disappointing experience as we did not anticipate receiving such poor quality from Flipkart. We are currently uncertain about the status of the TV replacement, losing faith in the service representatives' assurances. I am reaching out as a final attempt for resolution. I recently purchased a JVC 32-inch LED TV from Flipkart, and it was delivered on June 19, [redacted]. I was promised installation within 48 hours, but unfortunately, Flipkart did not send a technician as scheduled. When I reached out to Flipkart, Mr. S.D. informed me that installation would be completed by June 26, [redacted]. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0. Additionally, a SMS from Turn Around mentioned that there was no order ID on their job card. If Flipkart has delays in their installation process, they should be transparent about it on the sales order. I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure the installation is completed soon. I purchased an Onida 1.5 Ton 5 Star split Inverter AC on June 4th with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Upon installation, the technician identified the AC as defective, and I requested a replacement scheduled for June 15th, which was later rescheduled to June 23rd and then unexpectedly canceled. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, the language selection feature seems to be malfunctioning. As a loyal Flipkart customer, I am disappointed by this unsatisfactory support. Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the recent installation of a Midea AC unit that was gifted to me with a 2-year extended warranty obtained through your company. Firstly, there were aesthetic concerns about the drainage slope and the placement of tubing which the technician did not agree to modify. Additionally, there was a request for unnecessary modifications to pass the tubing through a window and wall junction. Moreover, I was warned that using another agency for installation would void the warranty. Hello, I am Shaik Riyas. I want to address an issue with my recent order of the Dominick pre-water filter from E cart. When I went to collect my item, I noticed that the box was open and damaged, lacking any packaging inside or out, and some items were missing. Due to personal problems, I was unable to contact you earlier. Yesterday, around 5:17 pm, I tried discussing this with a customer service representative, but the call got disconnected without any resolution or follow-up. I placed an order for a Redmi Note 7 with an exchange offer for my GIONEE F103 phone under order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0. The delivery boy inspected my phone, which was in good condition, based on the checklist. However, he wanted me to accompany him to the local office to finalize the order, which was inconvenient for me due to my job commitments. I believe that if I have to visit an office for a phone, I would prefer going to a mobile store instead of ordering from Flipkart.
