Doesn’t record my sleep. I’m wearing it as always so I know I’m wearing it correctly. When the time changed my phone was two hours off for some reason. I reset the time and ever since then it hasn’t recorded my sleep at night. My phone also did a update and for some reason turned my Bluetooth off when it updated. So that’s back on but it’s not syncing with the watch. So either the watch isn’t working or something in the app is not syncing with the watch.

How GetHuman3967251 fixed the problem
It had an udate that needed to be done but kept showing an error. The customer service rep had me hold in the button on the watch till it showed the smiling face. Still the update kept saying error. So I shut down my phone. There was a message on the watch that appeared, i hit the watchface and it disaapeared. Turned the phone back on and it started to work again. So not sure which thing that i did fixed the problem, but it now works. Next time I will just shut everything down and start again.
