Hi- I am writing this out of frustration with the new charge *. I have had a charge hr for almost * years and just recently was unable to sync correctly-and not at all. I assumed that you were not supporting that item as it was outdated- I really liked the simplicity of it and it was comparable with my Mac*s. So I decide to purchase the charge * thinking that it would operate as the charge did. After it arrived today in fact I tried to set it up-reading your website instructions and community instructions and realized that it would only sync with my I phone- I called your help desk and your rep told me to download an app to my phone and all would be well. So I tried and still could not connect with my cell phone properly and or my Mac. This took me most of the day-(I'm ** years old and not very tech savvy) I tried all sorts of things but to no avail. the box that the charge * came in states runs on your platform requires iPhone,android or windows phone and Mac. would I took to mean friendly with Mac. it is not!! I am returning that fir bit and will get by with my charge-which syncs with my Mac (sometimes) I am disheartened and disappointed at the same time- with todays technology it should be a simple thing to charge it and download an app to my Mac and get moving. I must add that during the time I was wearing my Fitbit I convinced numerous friends and associates to get involved with the Fitbit. Lately(last * months ) I have had a few health problems and so have not been able to walk etc. but with the better weather coming I'm retread to walk again. I don't understand why the Mac is not involved with your product. I read numerous complaints about this on different formats and think it's too bad for such a good product not to be a little more friendly. thank you. Your customer service agent was very helpful and concerned and willing to help, her name was Kat
