My husband purchased my Fitbit Versa from Big W Noosa Civic on **.**.** and gave it to me for my birthday on **.**.**. I created the account paired it to my phone and it worked perfectly until last week when I woke up and although it had been fully charged it had turned itself off. I tried turning in on again but it would not work, so I left it on the charger and tried again. I uninstalled the app from my phone and tried reinstalling it but when I tried to sync it with my phone it could not find the fitbit. I left it another day and then spent most of last Sunday googling all the trouble shooting things I could find and trying everything. I eventually got the phone to turn on and then I tried syncing it to my phone again. This time my phone found it and the fitbit came on but with the wrong time and date. After turnining in on and off again I finally got a message on the fitbit telling me to connect to my phone. My phone said it was connected so I had no luck again. I took the watch back to Big W in Noosa Civic yesterday and the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund, I said a replacement because I had specifically asked for this watch for my birthday. He took me and another watch down to the lady to do the replacement and she said because I had had it more that **days she would need to send it away, and it would take at least two weeks to come back but she said I would be better of contacting you direct and letting you know my problem before she sent it back. I has taken me a long time to find out how to contact you and I am really not very happy, firstly because I feel the watch is faulty and secondly because I am very disappointed I can't do what I had planned while I am on holidays. I personally feel the blue tooth in the watch is faulty and would like your advice as to what to do next please. Regards Janet Beverdam
