Hi, received my Fitbit last June for my birthday. I love my Fitbit and have participated in many of your trials. Unfortunately after only one year of daily usuage it is falling apart. I would expect more from an expensive product. I have the Charge HR. I have photos but could not find an email address to send them to you, and I will be happy too, if you sent the info. The band is coming apart on the left side near the display, as well as separating across the bottom of the display. My ** year old grandson got the same fitbit the same time as me, and his is still in perfect shape. And my daughter has had hers for over two years still in perfect shape. *If I was able to afford it, I could just go out and buy a new one but am reluctant to if it will just fall apart again. Is there anything you can do to help me? **Feeling very sad because I love my Fitbit.
