Help with my Fitbit issue
GetHuman-maurafe's next move: talk to Fitbit when they open.
Fitbit's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-maurafe a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-maurafe's own words
I bought an Alta Fitbit a little over a couple of years ago and all of a sudden it just stopped working. When I tried to charge it the Fitbit logo popped up then a line with some tiny letters and numbers popped up and showed that it was nearly fully charged which seemed unlikely as it was time to charge it again. I went ahead and kept it on the charger and when it came back up everything but the time was good. The time was two hours behind. The following day the time automatically adjusted itself properly. I began charging it nightly as I thought because it was older maybe it needed to be charged more frequently. Three days later the same scenario happened. It's working alright now however I don't have confidence that it will continue to work properly as time goes along. I went ahead and ordered a new one through you and am waiting for it to arrive however friends have told me that had I reported this at the time you, there may have been a possibility that you would have replaced it.
