I was trying to fix the problem of it not charging and now I would just like a full refund. ... I bought my Fitbit versa on ********** and didn't open it for a week or so. Since opening and setting up it has only charged once or twice and will not charge at all now. I have emailed several times to customer services and each time get told to try something else to see if it works, each time taking Fitbit another day or so to get back to me. I want to return the Fitbit versa and receive a full refund. please tell me how I go about this, do I take back to the original supplier (Noel Leeming). *********
This was especially frustrating as I use my fitbit all of the time.
This could be made right by fitbit by giving me a full refund in return for the faulty Versa.
I have been a fitbit customer in NZ for nearly * years and always found them to be very good. This experience has put me off buying another fitbit.
