I have been with you all atleast a year, and have never been late before. I placed an order for my little nephews bday and noticed, I was charged a late fee. That is the first time that has happened, is there anyway possible just this ONE TIME you can remove that late fee for me, please? My Husband has a seperate account, he was also charged a late fee. We were due * days apart, and it will not happen again. Was busy ,and didnt pay in time, but didnt realize until a day to late :-( Thank you for everything.
