I would like to be contacted about a investigation that was being done because of fraud on my account where the bank issue money back into my account while doing the investigation and I haven’t heard anything since about what was decided and wants to know if the money is still there?, if so could you tell me how much and what has been token out since the end of January this year, if not why and what is the cause behind it after the Investigation was done because I haven’t received anything at all besides something about my address changed and it hasn’t at all but I know there is a outside party who was my payee to represents me on the account who is no longer my payee and states my account is still open but won’t answer why when I no longer will be using the account because I am my own payee representative with a direct express card from the social security building.
