I am extremely frustrated with the difficulty of reaching Fed Ex Customer Service due to their automated system. It would greatly benefit from having real individuals available to assist with problem-solving. Regarding my specific issue, a package reportedly delivered by Fed Ex on Wednesday 7/7 from Carhartt is missing. The tracking information indicates it was dispatched from the West Chesterfield, NH Fed Ex location. Unfortunately, upon calling the listed number for this facility, I discovered it was out of service. This raises confusion as to why an inactive number is provided online. I am concerned about an ongoing issue where my company is wrongly charged for another account's expenses. Despite not being affiliated with the recipient company, our account has been billed for packages we didn't receive since they were delivered to a different location. I don't possess the other company's account number since we have no connection with them. Upon contacting the fraud department, I was advised to request a rebill to the appropriate recipients. It is perplexing that my account information, including the account number, is accessible to unrelated companies. I am worried about the security breach at FedEx that allowed this mix-up to happen.

I am experiencing repeated delivery issues with my orders being sent to my neighbors instead of to my address at [redacted] South Delaware St, Mt Gilead, Ohio. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem with the Mansfield Ohio office, the situation remains unresolved. My neighbors have not been cooperative in returning the packages. As a temporary solution, I have changed the shipping address to my daughter's residence to ensure I receive my orders. It is frustrating to have to drive such a distance to retrieve my packages. Hello, I've been consistently receiving revised delivery dates for my packages from FedEx. Despite expressing my frustrations during a phone call, the updates now claim delivery will be today with no success. The situation is aggravating as I have to be home to receive these parcels. However, I'm currently receiving emails stating "No delivery attempted," adding to my confusion. Out of the 15 upcoming FedEx deliveries in July, I'm unable to even obtain the 4 packages that are already present. I believe my complaints have caused them to halt delivery attempts, which feels like retaliation. The customer service representative I spoke with at 1 [redacted] on Monday failed to comprehend my recurring issue and seemed powerless to assist. I urgently require support to ensure I receive my future parcels promptly. If this problem persists, I am resolved to discontinue using FedEx. Comparatively, UPS deliveries proceed smoothly, and with USPS, my mail carrier alerts me about packages. The recent FedEx delivery I received arrived damaged, containing valuable antique plates due to inadequate packaging. This ongoing ordeal has prompted me to consider legal assistance from elder care attorneys. Before taking legal action, contacting the press about my experiences with FedEx seems like a viable step. I received a package from UPS at my doorstep. Upon opening, I noticed that the package was torn and four items were missing, along with the packing slip. The UPS Surepost Tracking number is 1Z [redacted] R3A YW 2[redacted]. There was no damage note despite the package being in poor condition. I find it concerning that UPS accepted this damaged package from USPS. The USPS Tracking number is eVS. 9[redacted] 9[redacted] 1[redacted] 43. I reside at 4 Richard Court, Butler, NJ, [redacted]. The package was sent by Kohl's, and they are resending the items free of charge. I simply wanted to inform UPS about the condition in which the package arrived and suggest the use of damage stickers in the future. Thank you.

I've experienced a repeated issue with FedEx failing to deliver my Imperfect Foods package. Despite multiple attempts to use Manage My Delivery, I consistently encounter an "unavailable system" message. Even after contacting IT support, the problem persists. Today, the tracking number for the undelivered package is [redacted]77. FedEx's update on the package indicates a delivery exception due to my unavailability, although I've been at the location where deliveries have been made since [redacted]. I've informed Imperfect Foods about the situation since FedEx claims they disposed of a previous package with food in it. It's frustrating that a delivery cannot be completed to Rt. # 1 Box [redacted] in Nowata, which now has the updated address of [redacted] NS [redacted] Road, Nowata. I'm eager for a resolution.

We are experiencing difficulties with deliveries at our location. The drivers are not leaving packages at the front door; instead, they are being left at the top of the porch steps. This results in packages being exposed to rain, causing them to get soaked inside and out. Retrieving these items in the rain is inconvenient, as we have to bring in wet boxes and bags. Even plastic bag packages are getting wet inside as they are often not sealed completely. The front door is just a few steps away and is covered, offering a dry place for packages. Kindly request that delivery personnel place packages at the front door rather than at the top of the porch steps.

This week, our address received two packages intended for our neighbor. We successfully delivered one package but needed assistance with the second due to its weight. After contacting customer service, the package was scheduled for pickup on July 14th to be delivered correctly. Despite being advised to place the package where the driver could spot it from the street, it remained on our porch. Concerned about theft, we asked another neighbor to deliver it to the correct recipient, which was completed today. While we took care of the problem, it is crucial for FedEx drivers to be cautious during deliveries. Unfortunately, in our past experiences, FedEx has often been involved when delivery issues arise.

I purchased an under-the-bed storage bin from Wal-Mart for delivery today. However, upon receiving a notification on my phone that the package was delivered at 4:04 pm, I discovered it was not at my residence. Shockingly, a person named JChavez signed for and took my package, though they do not live at my address. This unfortunate incident has now occurred twice. I plan to contact FedEx to report the driver for releasing my package to an unauthorized individual.

On February 19th, a package was left by the side door of my house without any protection from the sun or rain. Fortunately, my neighbor noticed it and moved the package to avoid the shoes inside from getting ruined. I can provide photos if needed. Despite the inside box getting wet, the shoes were unharmed. Interestingly, we have a clearly visible covered front porch with a bench intended for package placement. This marks the third instance where the delivery person opted for an unsheltered drop-off, even though our previous requests specified front door delivery, especially for food packages like Every Plate. Our front porch, which is closer to the street than the side door, has consistently been a better option for deliveries. Hello, I received two bunk beds yesterday, but unfortunately, one of the boxes was opened during delivery, and the instructions fell out. The boxes were too heavy for me to move before work, so I had to wait for assistance. Upon opening it, I discovered a grey bunk bed instead of the espresso one I ordered. Surprisingly, the address on the opened box did not match mine, leading to some confusion. I was informed by my mother, who works at the FedEx building in Burlington, WA, that the driver, Les, claimed it had fallen out of his truck and left it at my house without permission. As a single mother of two young children who recently returned to work, I am quite frustrated by this unexpected situation.

I'm attempting to return items to Direct TV as instructed, dropping them off at any FedEx Office for shipment back to Direct TV. I was advised not to seal the box as FedEx would handle the mailing. Today, I visited 2 FedEx Offices, but neither ships to Direct TV or offers this service. I reside at [redacted] Harding St., Hollywood, FL [redacted]. I received a delivery today on July **. The package was left beside my front door. The driver accessed a gate with a sign saying: "CAUTION DOGS RUNNING FREE DO NOT ENTER." Despite the warning, he proceeded to approach the door and deliver the package. Luckily, my dogs were not outside at the time. The driver's actions were reckless and disrespectful. I wish to share pictures showing how clearly visible the sign was that he ignored. I am deeply troubled by this behavior and believe the driver should be alerted and possibly let go if it happens again. Thank you.

In a time-sensitive situation where I needed to get crucial medication to a friend promptly, FedEx failed to deliver as promised. Despite paying for an expedited 10:00 am delivery, the package did not arrive on time. Throughout the ordeal, I spoke with five different representatives on Saturday, July 31st. There was a discrepancy in the address on file, which delayed the delivery process significantly. Despite my efforts to provide the correct information, the package still did not reach its destination. Despite promises made by some representatives, the package was not delivered as assured. The lack of communication and failure to rectify the issue promptly have left me extremely disappointed. I feel let down by FedEx's service and will have to reconsider using their services in the future. I am reaching out to discuss an issue with a recent FedEx delivery that was marked as delivered but was not received. This has now happened twice within a month. A package from Walmart with tracking number [redacted]80 was supposedly delivered on August 3, [redacted], but was not received. Additionally, we did receive another package from Walmart with tracking number [redacted]89 on the same day. We were at home throughout the day, with the front door open due to good weather. Our dog usually alerts us whenever anyone, including delivery personnel, approaches. Considering this, it seems unlikely that a delivery was made without our knowledge. I'm beginning to have doubts about the FedEx driver's handling of deliveries. The previous incident involved a package from Young Living Gear with tracking number [redacted][redacted], which was marked as delivered on June 29, [redacted], but was never received. It's frustrating that contacting a real person at FedEx seems impossible, as their customer service chat is unhelpful. I am considering escalating this issue to the FTC and the BBB due to FedEx's handling of customer inquiries.

My name is Michael Cowell. I purchased an Orek canister vacuum from Amazon with tracking number [redacted]86. FedEx's records show it was delivered on 7/26 at 12:00pm and signed for by DDavid, a person unfamiliar to me. Despite my roommate being home shortly after, he did not find the package. After contacting the seller, a replacement was sent with tracking number [redacted]88. FedEx's records indicate a delivery on Saturday 7/31 at 11:16am, but again, no package was found. We have a RING doorbell that should have captured the deliveries, but there is no footage available. I am unsure if the packages were left at a pick-up location. My primary concern is locating the missing package as payment has already been processed for the vacuum.

I was informed that package #[redacted][redacted] was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, August 3, and Thursday, August 5, but it did not arrive by the end of the day as planned. Typically, FedEx delivers between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm, so I am concerned about the delay. The current status shows "in transit" on the website, and I am unsure if the package was intended for delivery by USPS instead of FedEx. I am worried it may have been lost or misplaced. Can you confirm the reason for the delay? I would appreciate knowing when to expect the package at my residence. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share that I submitted a claim with you on August 5, [redacted], case # [redacted], regarding Sobeel.com. Despite not receiving the equipment I ordered, I discovered on Scam detector.com that Sobeel .Com is flagged as a scam company with no valid contact information. When you place an order, the confirmation process is smooth until a tracking number is to be provided, which is never true. Even after involving PayPal, the tracking information leads to different details. I have reported this fraud to Capital One with supporting documents. My package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday (08/04/21). According to the tracking information, it was on the truck for delivery but never made it. It returned to the facility that night at 6:34 PM. The same situation occurred on Thursday (08/05/21) and Friday the 06th. Today is the new delivery date, but considering the past issues, I doubt it will arrive. I'm frustrated with the repeated non-deliveries and false comments about a representative not being available. The tracking number is #[redacted]15. If the driver has issues with delivering to Millington, TN, they should find a different route. I may reconsider ordering from this service, as my nutrition bars could be melted if they do arrive. I will also report this to Walmart and suggest they use UPS, as their service is more reliable here.
