I was notified of a delivery expected for Friday, August 6th, so I waited all day. Late Friday, they changed the delivery date to Saturday, August 7th, claiming it was "definite." Later that Saturday, they said it was postponed. After numerous, challenging calls, multiple "managers" provided conflicting information - some redirected me, one promised Sunday delivery, and another mentioned the package was lost and might take days to locate. It took three calls to file a claim before they even began searching for the package. Eventually, they gave me a claim number and assured me of follow-up calls and emails, which never materialized. Finally, the package arrived several days later.

I ordered a package from a seller who mistakenly sent it to my old address instead of my current one. Despite having proof of both addresses, FedEx Customer Service directed me to contact the shipper for help. Even though the locations are close, I am struggling to resolve this issue as the delivery was attempted at the wrong address. My husband, who lives with me, might have to pick up the package due to my health concerns. I am willing to provide necessary documents and information to facilitate the process, but I need assistance from either FedEx or the seller to ensure the package reaches the correct address.

I paid for a 2-day shipping service that was processed on August 6, [redacted]. The package was near a hub on August 7. There are no weather delays, and the delivery is crucial as it contains a natural medication for my injury. Despite my efforts to prevent any delays, notes were disregarded. I called the customer service in the morning, and though they acknowledged the mistake, no action was taken. I urgently need the package to be prioritized for delivery tomorrow morning. The FedEx driver consistently leaves my packages near a bridge on Wildfire Lane instead of my porch. This has caused issues as my items, like a $[redacted] purse, have gotten soaked in the rain. Despite complaining and being promised contact from the district manager, no actions have been taken. Today, even my medicine was left in the pouring rain despite me being present on the porch. This negligent behavior has been ongoing for about two months. The packages are approximately [redacted] feet away from my front door, posing risks of theft, especially since drug addicts live nearby. Other neighbors are also frustrated, and we are considering switching to UPS for future orders if this continues. There are concerns for a bedridden neighbor who receives medications left in a similar manner down the road. It seems like a simple job requirement for the driver to leave packages near the front door, and if this isn't met, there should be immediate consequences.

I am disappointed to report that this is the second time a driver from your company has damaged a tailgate that was delivered to me. Initially, my husband witnessed the first tailgate being carelessly thrown on the porch, resulting in a dent upon inspection. While awaiting a replacement, indoors with windows shut and ambient noise, I heard the impact of the second tailgate being thrown onto the front porch. Upon inspection, I discovered the box severely damaged with the tailgate inside once again in poor condition. I have photographic evidence of the incidents. This behavior is unacceptable. I urge you to address this matter promptly, as the driver's actions reflect poorly on your company. This situation has caused both financial loss and significant frustration. I intend to inform Car Parts Int'l about these issues and request alternative delivery arrangements to avoid further incidents with FedEx.

Hello, I used to live in Greenville, CA until I was evacuated due to the Dixie fire. I had a FedEx package sent to me, and it ended up in Durham, CA, a usual delivery point, which is now inaccessible due to the fire. I found instructions on your website to redirect my package to Quincy, CA [redacted], where I am currently located, at the Dollar General store. The package is currently en route back to Minnesota. I contacted a FedEx truck driver in Quincy who provided Durham's number and assured me he would try to reroute my package to Quincy. Despite efforts at the Dollar General store, they advised that the shipper needs to request the redirection. I have reached out to the shipper who claims to have already contacted FedEx regarding the issue. I kindly request that the package not be returned to the shipper until further communications are made between the shipper and FedEx for a resolution. Yesterday, I received a delivery that was incomplete. I got box 1 of 2 without the second box. The proof of delivery was lacking, with no picture included. My friend also ordered a greenhouse, and today he got both boxes, while I am missing box 2 of 2. I suspect it may have been left on the truck. I spent a significant amount of money and without the missing box, the item is useless. The Fedex number for my delivery is [redacted]17. I'm disappointed and hope this can be resolved promptly as I was planning to assemble it this weekend.

Yesterday, I received a delivery that was incomplete. I got one box labeled as box one of two but did not receive the second box. The proof of delivery I received was inadequate without a picture, which I usually rely on. My friend ordered a greenhouse for each of us, and even though his delivery arrived on time today with both boxes, I only received box one of two a day early. I worry that box two of two may have been mistakenly delivered to him. I suspect it might have been left on the delivery truck. This situation is disappointing as I spent a significant amount of money, and the greenhouse is useless without the missing box. The FedEx tracking number is [redacted]17. I had a delivery scheduled for Thursday, August 12, but it got changed to Friday, August 13, and now it's delayed again until Saturday, August 14. I really need the package to come to my house tomorrow, not the post office, as my dog urgently needs her medication for pain. Waiting until Monday is not an option. I'm frustrated that I can't speak to someone directly. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay to get my questions answered when dealing with your assistant. I truly need help today. Firstly, the value of my package is only $5. However, I believe there is room for improvement in your customer service department. While tracking my order with number #[redacted][redacted], I initially noticed it was set for early delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, things changed once it departed from Dayton, NJ to Keasbey, NJ. It seems there is uncertainty regarding its whereabouts and a lack of concern due to its low value. Using the virtual assistant proved unhelpful, and even when I reached a live person, the assistance did not improve. I was informed I would be contacted by Keasbey, NJ, but I am still awaiting that call. In my opinion, FedEx lags behind UPS, USPS, and Amazon in customer service. I realize expressing my dissatisfaction may not make me popular with FedEx, and I am curious to see how this will impact my delivery.

I wasn't home when the delivery arrived on Saturday, and I missed the bell. FedEx left a tag, and the website indicated the next delivery attempt would be on Tuesday. To speed up the process, I requested the delivery to be redirected to a local FedEx store, hoping to receive it sooner. The new estimated delivery date is now Sunday, but without a specified time or location. I haven't received any email confirmation regarding my request to change the delivery location. Unsure if it will be delivered to my house on Sunday or to the FedEx store, I am in the dark about when and where I can retrieve my item. I provided my email to FedEx for updates but haven't received any notifications. The FedEx store is open on Sunday afternoon, so I am uncertain about the delivery status.

When FedEx delivers a package to my home at [redacted] NE 173rd Terrace, Williston, FL [redacted], they simply drive up to the gate, which is always open, and toss the package out before driving away. Sometimes, if we don't catch them in the act, the package ends up soaked in rain, potentially damaging the contents. Our property has a spacious driveway near the rear on our 5 acres, with ample space for them to drive up and a large turnaround area. Other delivery drivers manage to drive up and place packages by the garage, but FedEx seems to only throw them by the gate. I witnessed them driving up the driveway across from us, which makes me wonder why they can't do the same for us. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Tracking number [redacted][redacted]79 was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, August 17, [redacted]. It remained in Los Angeles for two days, then spent four days in Kansas. Currently, the tracking system does not show a pending delivery date. Customer service has been unhelpful, as the VIP system states agents lack additional information. The FedEx Smart Post delivery time frame is unsatisfactory, taking over a week to deliver a shoe box. It is ironic to call this a "smart post" when USPS is faster. There is no update indicating the package is en route to the Twin Cities; it has only left Olathe, KS with no further details.

I am encountering delivery issues with the last 2 orders from different companies. Christianbook tracking #: [redacted][redacted]02 Walmart tracking #: [redacted]24 According to the tracking information, both orders were marked as delivered while we were home all day both days they were supposed to arrive. We even noticed Fed-Ex trucks passing by on those days, but none made a delivery stop. The Walmart package would have been large, and the Christianbook delivery would have been medium-sized. This situation is truly frustrating. Walmart was planning to report the issue to Fed-Ex about our missing order, especially since they re-sent it, and we still did not receive it. Subject: Disconcerting Encounter with FedEx Driver I wanted to share a distressing incident that occurred yesterday evening at around 6:23 PM at the junction of Spotswood Trail (Route 33) and Lawyer Road in Penn Laird, VA. While driving back home with my family from a school event, we encountered a hostile driver operating a FedEx truck in a reckless manner. Despite following the traffic rules, the FedEx truck driver aggressively moved forward, hurled profanities, and jeopardized our safety with his erratic behavior. This conduct was alarming and uncharacteristic of the professionalism normally associated with FedEx. As a long-time satisfied customer, I felt really disappointed by this unacceptable incident. I expected my package from FedEx to arrive in Playa del Carmen, Mexico yesterday. However, I received conflicting information from three different sources - one states it's in Merida, another in Cancun, and the third suggests it might be in Playa del Carmen. Unfortunately, contacting the provided phone number has been unhelpful. The Mexican staff members seem to provide inconsistent details and may not be very motivated due to low wages. They were supposed to submit some paperwork about its whereabouts, but the situation remains unclear. The individuals I spoke to appear to rely solely on computer screens for information. Trying to call FedEx in Mexico at 1-[redacted] has not been successful, and contacting the number for the Federal District or Mexico City yields a message stating it's currently inactive.

Hello, I am reaching out concerning package [redacted]48, shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight on 8/17, which has only reached the FedEx hub in Indianapolis on 8/18 and has since remained in a "Pending" status. Despite speaking with a FedEx representative who mentioned I would receive a call from the Indianapolis location for an update, I have not yet been contacted. I am particularly concerned as I had another order from the same online store, shipped on the same day from the same place, with FedEx Overnight, which arrived in Indianapolis at the same time and was successfully delivered on schedule. This specific order contains perishable plants intended as gifts, and I am worried about their condition after potentially spending at least six days in transit. I dropped off a package at Dollar General for FedEx pickup on 8/21 around 3:07 p.m. I confirmed with the employee that FedEx picks up at 5 p.m. The package was meant to arrive overnight on Saturday. After checking the tracking late on Friday, I noticed it was dropped off after the pick-up time. The Dollar General store has irregular hours. I expected it to be picked up on Saturday, but the tracking still showed it wasn't collected by Saturday night. When I contacted FedEx customer support, I received inaccurate information. I visited Dollar General on Sunday to inquire about my package, but the manager said all packages were taken. My shipment is time-sensitive with items worth $[redacted]. We received a FedEx shipment on 8/21/[redacted] with Tracking # [redacted][redacted], containing damaged GNC pills. Our concern is the driver's off-road approach, leaving deep tracks in the yard and damaging our street surface. Unlike other companies, FedEx drivers should back up our driveway without causing damage. We, along with neighboring homeowners, invested in our asphalt millings surface and wish to protect it.
