Good morning, I encountered an issue with the scheduled delivery of my order on Monday, August 23rd, at around 3:30 PM. My name is Mark Brown, residing at [redacted] 6th Street #72. The tracking number for my order is [redacted]31. Upon checking the delivery status around 5 PM, I was informed that the driver allegedly attempted delivery at 3:09 PM, which is inaccurate. At approximately 3:05 PM, I was at the door conversing with my wife when I noticed the FedEx driver approaching from the parking lot. The driver did not stop in front of my building or make any delivery attempt, continuing to drive past without notifying us. It seems there might be a dishonest employee at FedEx providing false information as this has occurred multiple times, resulting in delays. I'm deeply disappointed with the recent shipment experience I had. Originally scheduled for delivery on Saturday, August 21st, [redacted], the package didn't arrive because of a "Delivery exception - Future delivery requested". Despite me waiting at 10:14 AM, the driver didn't attempt to deliver, and I never heard any notification. I contacted the Braselton, Georgia distribution center to request a second delivery attempt due to this error. The representative agreed that it shouldn't have happened. Today, on August 24th, [redacted], at 1:07 PM, the package was left on my porch without any notification again. The box was damaged with holes. The distribution center didn't call back as promised after getting in touch with the Braselton distribution center contractor, and the package, which was due on August 23rd, didn't arrive. I had to adjust my schedule to ensure I was present for the delivery, reflecting a lack of professionalism and coordination on FedEx's part. If given the choice, I would avoid using FedEx services for my future shipments.

We have submitted our request via email twice and spoken with a customer service representative once, yet the mistakes continue to occur repeatedly. Despite requesting a vacation delay on four occasions, the deliveries are consistently being attempted when we are away, even though there are individuals present at the correct address willing to sign for the packages. We have explicitly specified the correct delivery address as "Court," not "Avenue." It is baffling that such a large organization is struggling to rectify this simple issue. Additionally, the scheduled delivery may be at risk of leaving the country if delivery is attempted at the wrong location.

The package was delivered today between 9:25-9:30 a.m. as part of the Overnight Shipment - Monthly service. However, there was no signature requirement, and it was not handed directly to me, which was concerning as it contained prescription medication. The package was left in an open area, leaving it vulnerable to theft. The driver did not contact me before leaving the package. Given that this is a daily medication, I worry about future parcels being mishandled. I request to speak with someone over the phone who can ensure proper delivery in the future to avoid such incidents.

I recently made a purchase on Wish for items totaling $[redacted].00 with an international order. However, the package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]31 that was supposedly delivered on Wednesday, 8-18-21, never arrived. Despite being home when the package was said to be dropped off on the front porch with the front door open, there was no delivery made. It is frustrating that when I tried to report the issue, I was told that the shipper needed to file the claim. Even though FEDEX claims it was delivered, Wish refuses to assist with a refund or filing a claim. The delivery, if it happened, was not at the correct location. I have encountered the issue of FedEx delivery drivers repeatedly failing to follow my delivery instructions. Despite specifying in the Delivery Manager to drop off packages at my door, they consistently leave them near the road, far from my house. Other delivery companies like UPS and Amazon have no trouble following instructions to deliver at the door.
Unfortunately, reporting this to FedEx is challenging due to their limited options and the difficulty in reaching a representative over the phone. The Delivery Manager tool is insufficient in addressing these issues, especially since we can't fully write out our instructions.
I believe that FedEx needs significant improvement in this area, as it's frustrating to have inconsistent delivery practices based on the driver of the day.

Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had with Ollie today. Our delivery, which included frozen dog food, was scheduled for today, Saturday, August 28. When the FedEx driver arrived around 4:30 pm, I approached the unmarked truck to receive it, but the driver did not acknowledge me or attempt to deliver the package. Later, I discovered the tracking information falsely claimed the package was delivered at 9:44 pm, even though I was outside with my dog at that time and no delivery was made. The delivery receipt also lacked an address. I urgently need this package for my dog's food and would appreciate help in locating it. I placed an order for a sofa on WalMart.com on August 22, and it was shipped by Walmart. One box arrived on August 27, missing the large rectangular back support cushions. Despite contacting Walmart and FedEx, no resolution has been reached. Walmart suggested replacing the sofa or refunding $40 for the missing cushions, but neither options are satisfactory. I've been unsuccessful in obtaining any helpful information such as warehouse addresses for Walmart or FedEx facilities. I suspect the missing cushions may have been left at the Walmart warehouse, a FedEx facility, or on a FedEx truck. We've been using pillows temporarily, but we greatly prefer to receive the missing back cushions we originally purchased. I've invested hours into resolving this issue with no progress. I recently received a package with tracking number [redacted]82, which required a signature. Despite being asleep when it arrived at 10:13 AM, I later discovered it on my front steps with the tracking indicating it was signed for by me, Roger Cole. This has happened for the second time. Previously, a package containing a handgun was left on my neighbor's porch, attributed to me signing for it when I had not. I attempted to report this on the FedEx website to no avail. I have noticed that one of your drivers in Marietta, GA consistently leaves packages at the garage door instead of the front door. He typically stops at the end of the short driveway, quickly places the package by the garage, and then departs. Most other drivers leave packages at the front door.
As we do not drive often, having packages left in this way makes them vulnerable to porch pirates and can get wet from the rain, as our Ring notification does not cover the garage doors.
Could you kindly request the driver to leave packages at the front door instead? It is only a short distance to the right of the garage.

I received an email notification stating that my package had been delivered. As soon as I read it, I rushed to my door to collect it, but to my dismay, there was nothing there. The sudden panic of someone potentially taking the package before I could get to it was overwhelming. I couldn't find a way to contact the company regarding the missing delivery. The liquid turned out to be from a Lysol bottle, but there were also five gallons of bleach inside that could have caused more damage. Is it company policy for your drivers in marked FedEx trucks to play excessively loud music while making deliveries? Today, around 5:11 p.m. on Brenton Leaf Drive in Ruskin, a driver played rap music with explicit lyrics loudly. Regardless of the content, this drew unwanted attention in the neighborhood. Please remind your staff to be considerate, especially in residential areas.

Tracking number [redacted]08 indicates that the package was initially sent from Ooltewah, TN, on Tuesday, Sep-07. It departed the FedEx facility in Bethpage, NY, at 5:39 am on Thursday, Sep-09 and was delivered at 2:26 pm on the same day. The delivery address should have been 2 Executive Court, Smithtown, NY. However, the package has not been received, even after checking with neighbors. Upon reviewing the home security cameras, there is no evidence of the delivery being made. Kindly, have the driver's GPS checked to verify if the package was delivered to a nearby location for further investigation.
