Fedex stopped by my office and dropped off * packages this yesterday morning my wife assumed they were the ones I was scheduled to receive that same morning when I looked at them they were not even addressed to me, her or our company we called the phone number on the package and it was for a lady down the street we called her and she came and picked them up.**I then became worried about my * packages so I checked tracking and they showed out for delivery but listed Flagstaff Arizona not Page Arizona but it said out for delivery so i called my customer that had been waiting for the parts and he left and drove *** miles to come to our office. **After about * i got worried and used the tracking system again and it said delivered and signed for!!!**I have been calling ever since and either get told to call back later or to wait for the next operator I waited several times for over an hour only to have the phone drop my call I even tried Get Human twice same thing **I called and asked before buying and having the parts shipped to make sure FedEx could make it under a week delivery and was told yes no problem. **So now I lost a good customer because of your horrible service and am out $*,*** plus my profits and a very good customer of * years.**I expect a call back very soon this is not how a company of your size does business but maybe I am wrong and FedEx is just as bad if not worse than the US Postal Service **I expect some answers quick *****-***-**** **Or *****-***-******John Hawkins**Or**Debbie Bullock
