Packages have frequently been delayed at the Barrington, NJ distribution center, causing me frustration. My recent package sat there from September 16 until September 21 before being delivered. I received case number #[redacted] from a representative, but this issue has occurred previously as well. I have confirmed my address and zip code with the shipper and have asked them to avoid using FedEx for my deliveries. They advised me to follow up on my case number to address the Barrington, NJ facility delays. Despite eventually receiving the package, my concern is that it contained medication that may have been impacted by sitting in a hot warehouse for several days. I am frustrated with FedEx SmartPost. I ordered a laptop battery shipped from NJ to NC. It arrived in NC quickly but has been stuck there for days before being sent to other cities and then back to NC. The package has not moved since 9/16, and FedEx keeps changing the delivery date without explanation. Customer service is unhelpful and cannot provide any answers or connect me to a supervisor. I feel like my package has been lost. FedEx needs to investigate why my package is not moving and improve their service.

My wife and I frequently order merchandise online, and we cannot choose the delivery service. Yesterday (9/24/20), I discovered a package on the ground near my mailbox. A neighbor informed me that FedEx was the delivery service for this package. On 9/23/20, a larger package was also left at my mailbox. I live 96 ft. from my mailbox, and every other delivery service, including USPS and UPS, typically delivers packages to my porch and notifies us. I kindly request that FedEx, at the very least, places the packages on the porch to reduce the risk of theft. The mailbox is close to the road and easy for passersby to take packages from. I hope that FedEx can instruct their drivers to leave deliveries on the porch. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed with FedEx Shipping Issue To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out regarding a pressing matter with a shipment through FedEx. Tracking number: [redacted]64 On September 26, [redacted], FedEx delivered a package to my address, but instead of leaving it in a safe location like the front porch, retaining wall, or carport, the driver left it on the hood of my car. The package contained a case of Bubly water, which is heavy, and unfortunately, it scratched the hood of my car. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am very disappointed by the quality of service. I am upset about the lack of care taken during deliveries, as placing a heavy package on the car hood is unacceptable. I have a picture showing how and where the package was left. Additionally, I am concerned that the tracking information inaccurately stated that the package was left on the porch when it was not.

Two packages, with tracking numbers [redacted]58 and [redacted]47, were delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to Fed Ex on Thursday when this happened, but despite promises of follow-up calls that evening and the next day, I never received any. After several attempts to get updates, the packages were said to be picked up and scheduled for delivery by 3 pm on Friday, but they never arrived. I am disappointed that even after returning to work on Tuesday, September 29th, the packages remain undelivered. I was told Diane Washington would contact me, but I doubt it will happen given my previous experience. I have been trying to get in touch with a manager to resolve this issue, but have had no success. Please, could the driver be contacted to ensure the correct delivery this time? I have been dissatisfied with the last three deliveries from Fedex, with today's being the most disappointing. Today, I received a package from Walmart during a rainstorm, which was left against my garage door exposed to the rain without any protective covering. Despite the dampness of the box, the contents (boxes of Wheaties) were thankfully undamaged. A few weeks back, I had a similar experience with another Walmart package being left in my driveway away from the garage. This has been a recurring issue, with a third delivery done the same way about a month ago. I remember when Fedex used to deliver packages to my front porch, near the front door, and always making sure they were shielded with a plastic bag during inclement weather. I hope Fedex can improve their delivery service as packages from Amazon and UPS consistently arrive at my front porch protected from the elements.

I have been disappointed with the recent FedEx deliveries, especially today's delivery from Walmart. The package was left in the rain by my garage, not covered, although luckily the contents were not damaged. Previous deliveries were also placed in inconvenient locations. I miss the previous service of packages being left on my front porch and protected in bad weather. Amazon and UPS deliveries have maintained their high service standards. I would appreciate it if FedEx could return to delivering packages to my front porch and protecting them properly. Thank you.

I recently made a purchase from Gamestop early this month, and my package was shipped via FedEx. The tracking information showed that it was "out for delivery" near my town on a Sunday, with an expected delivery date of Tuesday. Unfortunately, Tuesday passed without any delivery, and then, two days later, it was marked as delivered - on Monday, at midnight. I reached out to Gamestop, and they arranged for a replacement. However, to my dismay, the exact same scenario repeated with the second package. I provided the tracking numbers for both orders - [redacted]36 and [redacted]00. While I am considering contacting Gamestop for another replacement to a different address or store pickup, I am unsure if they would accommodate another request, even though the delivery errors were not caused by me.

Delivery number [redacted][redacted] was dropped off on Thursday, October 1, at 7:05 p.m. However, I was unaware of the delivery because the package was left in my mailbox, which I believe is against the law. My driveway gate was open while my porch was 50 feet away. Around 12:20 a.m. on October 2, a light-colored small SUV (possibly a Honda CRV) pulled up to my mailbox and took the package, as seen on my security footage. I am puzzled as to how the person knew to stop at my house. It seems unlikely that the mailbox door was open since I returned home around 8:00 p.m. and didn't notice. This incident reflects poorly on the FedEx delivery driver's performance. How can I trust your company to deliver items reliably to my address? Do your drivers have guidelines stating it's acceptable to leave packages in mailboxes? I typically check my mailbox once daily when I get back from work around 4:15. Now, I need to reorder the car parts costing me $[redacted].

I recently experienced bank fraud and had to cancel my ATM card. A new card was sent by my bank through Fedex, but it was returned to the bank due to a wrong address, even though it was correct. Fedex customer service would not assist me because I am not the shipper. My bank confirmed the address, but they have not contacted Fedex to resolve the issue. I have already canceled the undelivered card and waiting for the new one, causing many problems. I solely rely on my ATM card for purchases and am now without access to my funds since Monday. The replacement card will only arrive next Thursday or Friday. This situation has led me to miss a doctor's appointment, struggle to buy necessary medication, and face the inability to pay bills set for automatic withdrawal. The lack of communication with Fedex is frustrating, and the whole ordeal has left me feeling helpless. If this issue is not resolved, it will mean almost two weeks without access to my money. Fedex's customer service has not met my expectations, and I fear what may happen if they become more involved, especially compared to USPS and UPS. Thank you for listening to my situation.

FedEx has delayed my frozen item, causing it to thaw out due to arrive a day late. Initially, it was scheduled to reach me today before the dry ice melted. However, due to another package in transit, FedEx has decided to hold onto my frozen shipment, refusing to deliver it promptly. This situation is unacceptable, and I have encountered issues with FedEx before, such as frequent package losses. I reside in Alpharetta, Georgia, and recently encountered issues due to the Norcross hub for FedEx collapsing. This has impacted our business and home deliveries, as well as many others. Despite numerous complaints regarding delivery status, our packages were often carelessly left on the street. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year, with packages found in various undesirable locations like shrubbery or the middle of the driveway, exposed to the rain. Although our property is situated on a hill, the driveway is suitable for delivery trucks, as our movers had no difficulty accessing it. After experiencing significant frustration, I am grateful that on Monday, 10/5/20, your driver successfully navigated up the hill and delivered the package to our porch. This gesture was especially appreciated as I have a back injury that prevents me from lifting heavy packages. I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the considerate driver who went the extra mile to ensure our delivery was safely made to our porch. Thank you.

Today, a FedEx delivery person requested that I sign a document verifying the delivery of a package, even though he didn't have specific details about the delivery. I was concerned about any potential discrepancies and declined to sign. Additionally, I have been waiting for the delivery of two televisions that have not arrived, despite the FedEx website indicating they are out for delivery. When I tried contacting FedEx for assistance over the phone, I encountered difficulty navigating the menus and was ultimately disconnected from the call. Despite my specific instructions for the "Delivery Manager" to leave packages on my front porch, the driver keeps placing them in or on my mailbox on the street. Yesterday, package tracking number [redacted]51 was left precariously balanced on top of my mailbox instead of being brought to the front porch. Earlier, a smaller package was even placed inside the mailbox, which goes against the law and upsets my mail carrier.

The delivery driver consistently drops off packages at the garage door on the west side of my home, not the front door on the east side where the porch is located. The tracking number for the delivery in question is 9[redacted] [redacted], and it was delivered on Friday, October 9th, [redacted], between 10:30 and 12:30. The items are medical supplies that can deteriorate if exposed to the weather. It is crucial for the driver to leave packages on the porch. This is the second time FEDEX has left packages at the back door that is never used. This practice needs to be corrected immediately. All future deliveries must be made to the front door.

Several FedEx trucks have been mistakenly turning around on my private property while trying to reach another street following GPS directions. Despite this, when I am expecting deliveries, they are left unsafely by the street, far from my house, sometimes under bushes in inclement weather. I contacted FedEx to address this issue, and they assured me that someone would call me within two hours to discuss preventing further damage to my private road and pastures and to resolve the delivery problem. Unfortunately, it has been three days, and I have yet to receive that call. I have experienced another truck causing damage to my property. I am now seeking to escalate this matter to a regional manager to prevent further trespassing and potential legal action to have repairs covered for the road.

I submitted a complaint to FedEx regarding multiple issues with deliveries. Despite being promised by the local office that the problems would be resolved, they persist. Recently, $[redacted] worth of medications were left in the lobby instead of being delivered to my apartment, leading to them being ruined by heat. Even after receiving a case number for my complaint, the same issue occurred again with another package of medications. These problems have been ongoing for years, with temporary fixes that don't last. I was informed a local FedEx manager would reach out to me, but I have not received any communication yet.

I have experienced three separate deliveries from your FedEx drivers, and each time has been terrible! The first lady actually TIED the package to my automatic gate opener. The second guy THREW the package over the gate, my husband saw it happen, and yesterday's driver just dropped the package inside the gate on the ground. Our frustration stems from having a large package locker outside the gate specifically for all deliveries. It is clearly LABELED, and drivers from UPS, Amazon, and USPS all use it correctly. I am extremely upset about the unprofessional and careless behavior of your drivers. I might have to confront our regular driver if this issue is not addressed promptly. I find the service unacceptable and would consider paying more to avoid using FedEx in the future.

I recently received a notification that a package was delivered today at 11:40 am, but I am unable to locate it at my front door. I have searched all around my home with no luck. I would like to confirm the delivery address where the driver left the package as I suspect there might have been a mistake. The tracking number is [redacted]17.
