We are currently facing issues in our area with FedEx drivers parking on our front yards. Regardless of the regional terrain, this conduct is not acceptable. We may not have grass, but we each have driveways. We kindly request that drivers use them or park at the street level like other carriers. At [redacted] Pahute Rd. Apple Valley CA [redacted], we have encountered FedEx drivers driving up to our door through the front yard, which has happened at least 3 times in the past weeks, with the latest incident occurring today, 8/12/[redacted]. When I tried to get the driver's attention as he drove off my front yard, I was met with a rude gesture. We urge FedEx to address this issue with the specific driver and others in the region. Such behavior is intolerable and should not be allowed to continue for everyone's safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I sent a package to my son containing his driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, and a book from Hamilton on 8/12/20. The package was supposed to arrive in Georgia on 8/17/20, but when he received it, the envelope was empty. I filed a claim with tracking number [redacted]39 and claim #[redacted]. He received an envelope with a note stating the contents should match the container, but I was assured a letter-size envelope was acceptable. Could the contents be in another envelope or still at the Hamilton location? Given the urgency, as my son is in the military in Columbus, Georgia, I'd appreciate a prompt investigation. I was informed last Thursday, August 13, [redacted], that a package was scheduled for delivery the next day. However, the package did not arrive on Friday as expected. I was then told it would come on Saturday, then Sunday, and now Monday. It is currently 7:15 EDT on Monday, and the package has still not arrived. This delay has occurred with the last three FedEx packages I received. I am considering informing the merchants I buy from that if they use FedEx for deliveries, I will not make any further purchases from them.

I recently had a delivery issue with FedEx for my order from Home Depot. Despite their claim of leaving it at my apartment's front door, I did not receive it. FedEx frequently faces challenges with accurate deliveries. I contacted Home Depot, and they mentioned reaching out to FedEx. I am eager to have the delivery driver identified to retrieve the package from the wrong address and bring it to mine. I have a security doorbell for access control. Tracking number [redacted]97 under Robert Flowers. The package has been at Atlanta facilities since 08/14 and at the delivery center since 08/15. Despite being told the package is on the FedEx truck for delivery on multiple occasions, there is still no scheduled delivery date. I have received two other packages ordered after this one. Please provide me with the truth: is the package lost, damaged and hidden, or just experiencing usual delays? I need a confirmed delivery date and an estimated time for me to be present to ensure its safe arrival. Subject: Concern Regarding Invoice [redacted]70 Dear FedEx, I am contacting you regarding invoice [redacted]70 that pertains to a recent clothing purchase from the USA, which may incur VAT charges upon delivery. I was taken aback by the inclusion of a £12 clearance administration charge in the invoice. While I understand and am willing to pay the VAT, I am unwilling to cover this clearance fee. I was never informed of nor did I agree to any terms regarding such additional charges. Throughout the transaction and delivery process, there was no prior agreement between FedEx and me regarding a clearance administration fee. I believe any international clearance costs should have been included in the original shipment cost paid to the supplier. If there are further charges or terms related to delivery or administration, I recommend addressing them with the initial shipping company. I kindly ask you to revise the invoice to exclude the admin fee, and I will promptly settle the payment once this adjustment is made. I was expecting a FedEx delivery yesterday on Saturday. Despite them stating they tried to deliver and I was not home, I had been there all day. No one contacted me via phone, intercom, or knocked on my door, and they did not leave a note. The tracking now shows a rescheduled delivery for Tuesday, so I assumed I would need to wait until then. To my surprise, I received a notification today, Sunday, that the package is out for delivery. I hope this time the driver will make a genuine attempt to deliver by contacting me before leaving and stating no one was home.

I have an unusual situation that I'd like to share. Among the various issues posted here, mine may be quite unique. I would like to commend an exceptional delivery driver in our area. He consistently brings a smile to our faces with his cheerful demeanor and positive attitude. Even our dog enjoys interacting with him when he delivers packages. This outstanding individual is based out of the Columbus, GA office and I believe his truck number or employee number is either [redacted] or [redacted]. His name is something similar to Jarobius, although I regret not noting down the exact details earlier. Our residence is located in the Dadeville, AL area, specifically in the Stillwaters neighborhood. We are truly grateful for his outstanding service, and he truly embodies the values of FedEx. I placed an order for a shirt with Dolls Kill on July 27, [redacted]. The item was dispatched via FedEx from California to my location in Washington around July 31. Unfortunately, the shirt has not been delivered to my address yet. The tracking information has been stuck on "in transit" in Fife, WA since August 3, and there is no estimated delivery date provided. After contacting FedEx support through chat, I was advised to reach out to Customer Service. When attempting to call, the automated system failed to connect me to a representative and abruptly ended the call. I am hoping to speak with a live agent to address this issue promptly. The FedEx driver left four packages at the condo office's uncovered stoop on a Sunday, despite them being properly addressed to residents. The packages were left out during heavy rain for four hours. The user is looking to speak with a live person who can help with identifying who assigns these drivers in Concord, Massachusetts. They received a call back but were not the intended recipient of the package. During the call, they were asked to provide one of the tracking numbers, as the driver marked all packages as delivered.

I was informed that my package was delivered on Tuesday afternoon and left on my doorstep. Despite this, the package was not there. After waiting a day, I contacted FedEx customer service regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I was transferred to Representative Contessa to investigate the Smart Post package. During the call, Representative Louis briefly interrupted but Contessa continued helping me. We initiated a trace on the missing package, but the call was interrupted by a call satisfaction survey. Subsequently, Contessa informed me her computer shut off, noting she would call back in ten minutes. It has been six hours without a response. Multiple attempts to reach customer service only led to being rerouted and unable to speak to a representative. Online claims were redirected to the vendor, who reiterated contacting FedEx.

I placed an order with Universal Herbs, Inc. on 8/21 for vitamins and herbs, expecting delivery the same day. However, a delay notification changed the delivery date to 8/26, which was inconvenient. I decided to refuse the package and set it to be returned using the provided tracking number. Despite the tracking information showing delivery on 8/28 at 4:11 pm, I did not find the package at my designated locations. After contacting Fed Ex Customer Assistance and leaving a message about the missing delivery, I have yet to receive a response. This situation has left me feeling frustrated as a customer.

I have been waiting for over a week to hear from the San Francisco airport office regarding the redelivery of my package. Despite being promised a call by my case manager, Angel, I have not received any updates. The initial delivery on 8/24 only included part of my package, and I am still missing a crucial item. Sophie mentioned that the missing part should have arrived yesterday, 8/28, but it has not. The TNT tracking number, GE[redacted]15WW, indicates that the package is in Houston, although Sophie confirmed it is at the San Francisco Airport. I am still waiting for Angel to reach out to me for redelivery confirmation. I am eager to know when I can expect to receive the remaining part of my package.

Hello, I am Brian Atkinson from Mariposa, CA. Recently, a FedEx driver has been delivering my packages to my niece's house even when the weather is fine and it's not late in the day. I initially agreed to this arrangement for bad weather or late deliveries, but it has become a regular practice. I have encountered another issue with FedEx regarding a missing package. This has happened multiple times, and I am frustrated that they are unable to locate my address when other carriers like UPS and Amazon have no trouble finding it. The postal service delivers here regularly. FedEx claims the package was delivered to my front door, but it wasn't. I'm tired of providing tracking numbers and being asked to contact the seller, as this is not their fault. I need FedEx to find my package and deliver it to the correct address. I feel extremely upset and frustrated by this recurring problem. I don't know what else to do at this point.

We reside at [redacted] Highway 82 South, Jefferson, Georgia [redacted]. This is the third time in a week that we've had issues with package deliveries. The first driver mentioned a package from Bed Bath & Beyond, claiming I provided the correct address, but the package never arrived despite assurances. Last Friday, my grandson discovered a package down by the road intended for us, although we live at one of the three houses uphill. Today, when the delivery driver came up our driveway and saw us outside, he abruptly turned back down the long drive. Despite us calling out and my nephew giving chase for about a mile, the driver did not return. This recurring problem needs to be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I received a delivery from Chewy.com through FedEx on Sunday, August 30, [redacted]. My residence is located at the top of a driveway spanning approximately [redacted] ft. There are 4 houses connected to this driveway. To my surprise, the package was left unattended roughly 25 ft. from the road, away from any of the homes on the driveway. Luckily, my adult son retrieved it, initially mistaking it for discarded packaging. This incident raises concerns regarding future deliveries. While I rarely complain, this unusual experience has made me anxious about the reliability of deliveries. Despite having no prior issues with other delivery services, FedEx once lost a package and another time failed to deliver, requiring us to collect it from a nearby FedEx location. This recent mishap has left me feeling dissatisfied as a customer.

I have repeatedly requested the FedEx drivers to ring the security doorbell for delivery on the second floor due to my disability and heart condition. Despite this, they continue to leave packages outside and quickly depart. As a 70-year-old senior citizen, I find this behavior disrespectful and inconvenient. Regarding my recent delivery attempts, I have encountered issues with missed deliveries where the driver failed to knock or ring my doorbell, despite my presence near both the front and rear doors. The first attempt at the front door resulted in a door tag being left without any notification. The second attempt at the rear door also lacked any effort to alert me of the delivery. As I was at a close distance in both instances, it seems the driver did not make a genuine attempt to deliver my package. I am eager to receive my package promptly and request the driver to return today, making a genuine effort to notify me of the delivery by knocking or ringing the doorbell.

I purchased two generators from Lowe's on 8/26/20 in Phoenix, Arizona, with an initial delivery date of 8/30/20. However, the delivery date was changed multiple times to 9/2/20, then 9/3/20, and again to 9/4/20. Despite contacting customer service three times, I received various reasons for the delays, including backups at the Hayward, CA hub and staff shortages due to Covid-19. After checking again, I was informed that my generators are still at the Hayward hub waiting to be unloaded and processed for delivery on Sunday, 9/6. This wait of three to four days is frustrating, especially since I live in Castro Valley, CA, just 15 miles from Hayward. I urgently wish to have my generators delivered by the end of this weekend on Sunday, 9/6.
