I was contacted by FedEx this morning. They stayed a delivery person was trying to deliver to my address but I have recently moved. I asked if they could take it back to the FedEd office and they stated they would have the driver do that. I asked if it was the office in Hilo and they confirmed it was. Later, I looked up FedEx in Hilo and there are several offices. I called to see where it might be. The computer voice said I need a tracking number or door number. I have no idea about either and I have no clue what package they are talking about. I could not reach a live person so I told the computer voice I had a complaint. I was put on hold for a long time and then the call dropped. I just need to speak to a live person about the delivery. Thank you for your assistance. Pat Fraser
