Hi,***I was supposed to get a package on Saturday, December **, but I was at work and they just texted me that the delivery was not successful and that my package will arrive by **:** am on Monday, December **.**I was at home on Monday morning, but nobody can enter our building without our permission and even if they do, we don't have the door bell, so it's practically impossible to reach to us.**But, we have the delivery room where all packages are usually left in the lockers and then we get a code for the locker, so we can pick up our package when we sign for it whenever we can. I thought they are going to leave the package there, but they didn't. I got a text that the delivery was unsuccessful again. I called FedEx immediately and requested to pick up my package in the nearest Walgreens and I was told that I am going to get a tracking number soon and that I am goind to be able to pick up my package by the end of the day. I didn't get any tracking number so I went to Walgreens at night to check if the package was there, but it wasn't.**So now on FedEx app it says it will be delivered on Wednesday,* December ** ny noon. But I still haven'treceived my package. And when I call FedEx it says that I requested a pick up in Walgreens and that I should call later for further instructions. But I requested that on Monday and now it's Wednesday. I just want to know where is my package and how can I get it finnaly.**Can you please tell me what to do? Thank you so much!
