The issue in GetHuman-zalexand's own words
Find My Package ... I had a package from Hasbro Toy Shop sent on *******. Tracking number ***************. It was sent via Fed Ex Home Delivery, which are mainly *rd party contractors for Fed Ex. As of *:** am at a distribution center in Mesquite, TX on Tuesday ***, it was on the truck for delivery. Never delivered ***, not *** either. No other scans. No one on the phone helps, nor or the customer service reps on social media any help. I've asked to speak to the manager of the person driving whatever truck it was on*manager of the distribution center, and while I'm told a request was made for the manager to call me, he never calls (probably because he doesn't want to deal with me yelling at him and is afraid) I just want someone there to tell me they lost my package and try to get my money back from Hasbro Toy Shop. I don't feel like I should have to go thru all that effort especially since it wasn't my fault.
it was a toy for my son that I said was looking to deliver ***. He's extremely upset because the toy is sold out in retail price everywhere.
Refund me my $*.**. Or get in touch with Hasbro Toy Shop and ask them to refund me my money or send another figure for my son.
Tried calling them, tried talking to them on social media, they said they'd look into it, no calls back. They said manager from distribution*truck would give me a call. Hasn't done it yet either.
