I sent a package from the Orland Park, IL FedEx on April ** to my sister in Sonoma, CA and it was scheduled to arrive Tuesday April **. She was traveling and we had a family funeral after that point, and she contacted me today to say the package never arrived. I tried tracking the package using the number on the receipt the stor gave me, and it was the incorrect number for a package going to Dallas, Texas which I remember was the package that the customer next to me was sending that day. So the employee gave me the wrong receipt and gave the other customer my receipt. (The receipts were being printed off to the side somewhere). So now I have no idea how to track this package because of your employee’s error. There was insurance for $*** on the package. Please call me and let me know how I’m supposed to track this package or do anything now without the correct receipt.
