I experienced a tragic loss when my partner passed away suddenly on Aug 22. Obtaining a death certificate has been challenging as he passed away a week after surgery in a different location from where I live. I only have a chat message from the person who discovered him. I attempted to fill out the form to close the account vicrocapital on Facebook, but the URL provided seems invalid on your system despite the page still being active. The FB account was created with the email [redacted], which my late partner monitored. Unfortunately, I can't access it. Additionally, the Victoria Johansson account is inaccessible as it is locked. This account was set up using the same email, [redacted], that belonged to my deceased partner. I am seeking assistance in closing down the Victoria Johansson account as well.

Hello, I deactivated my account yesterday while adjusting the start date/birth date for my company account, Schnippel Stube Jena. Regrettably, I mistakenly entered July 1st, [redacted] without realizing I needed to be 18 years old. Consequently, my linked accounts on Instagram (@schnippel.stube.jena) and Facebook (Schnippel Stube Jena) were temporarily deactivated as my submitted ID card was being verified for age confirmation. I'm seeking assistance to expedite the process as I am currently unable to access my accounts. I have already uploaded my ID thrice, but I can resend it if needed. My primary concern is having the deactivation lifted promptly since it was an oversight on my part regarding the age requirement of 18 years. I would greatly appreciate a swift resolution. I came across a post promoting an online job with Comcast offering $25 per hour that seemed legitimate. After some research and checking with others, I decided to proceed. However, my doubts grew when they asked for my driver's license, Facebook password, and more. Despite hesitations, thinking they couldn't access my card details, I shared the information. Now, I find myself locked out of my account as they have been accessing it on and off, even blocking me and others when we tried to contact them. I have reported the issue but received no response. My email linked to the account is [redacted], and another is [redacted] I seek assistance in regaining access and removing them. Before the breach, I changed the password to GetWOKE2022$. Unfortunately, I am unsure what they changed it to. Their email uses an "n" and starts with "l" after the "@" symbol, with the last two digits being 58. I recently received an email alerting me that someone tried to access my AOL email account which coincided with getting signed out of Facebook and Messenger. Upon checking my email, I noticed messages from Facebook about attempted changes to my account. Although I clicked on the links to confirm that I did not initiate these changes, when I now try to log in to Facebook, it shows a new email as the only password reset option. My main concern is accessing my Facebook page as it contains precious memories of my daughter. I am unsure who to reach out to for help. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue? My account was hacked, and the perpetrator has changed the password multiple times, along with the primary email, effectively locking me out of Facebook and Instagram. Despite the security measures provided by Facebook, I remain unable to regain access, as their forums do not provide the assistance needed in this urgent situation. Regaining control of the linked Instagram account is essential. With my ID as proof and the issue of a phone number not utilized for security on my account, the situation is even more concerning. The hacker has already unfriended my contacts and added strangers from Africa. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account, as well as my Instagram account linked to it, have been deactivated for allegedly violating community guidelines regarding inappropriate content. Despite my efforts to request a review, I received a negative response stating that I am permanently banned from accessing Facebook. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic reducing staff availability for reviews, I am unable to contest this decision within the 30-day window. I am a person with a disability and received a message from Facebook on August 14, [redacted], about logging in from a different location. I inadvertently selected "NO" when it was actually me. Facebook is now requesting personal documents like a passport, credit card, bank account info, health insurance card, social security number, and driver's license, which I cannot provide due to legal reasons. My Facebook account has been hacked due to falling for a scam. The culprit has access to all my photos, including those of my daughter. They are using my profile to perpetuate the same scam on others, making it seem like I am involved. I have attempted all possible solutions, but the police advised me to contact Facebook. However, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to them. I urgently need my account deactivated to prevent further damage. My Facebook page has been hacked, and I am unable to access it. Initially, I received an email requesting me to fill out a link sent by Facebook to authorize ads on my page. Assuming it was legitimate since it came from Facebook, I entered my password. Subsequently, I received a notification stating that I have lost control of my page, and now I cannot log in as it has been taken over. The hacker is now posting nude photos on my page, which my friends and followers can see.

I am having trouble with my Facebook ad account being restricted without a clear reason provided. Despite attempting to confirm my identity to resolve the issue, my review was rejected without any explanation. I immediately appealed this decision but unfortunately, my account remains restricted. I have not been given the opportunity to understand or address the problem. My account is over 11 years old, and I would appreciate assistance in recovering it.
