Upon moving to a new apartment, I faced a five-month wait for Internet service. Once connected, Facebook prompted me to reset my password. To my surprise, I ended up in Sue Decker's account, though mine is Sue Knott Decker. I attempted to contact Facebook regarding this issue but received no response. Yesterday, the same situation occurred, leading me into Sue Decker's account without realizing. I am genuinely sorry for this mix-up and wish to correct it as soon as possible. It is confusing as sometimes I am asked to choose between Sue Decker and Sue Knott Decker when logging in. I am reaching out for assistance as this problem has recurred, causing me frustration. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, A few days ago, all of my internet accounts got hacked. I managed to set a new password for my Facebook account, but now I can't log in because of the two-step authentication asking for a 6-digit code that I can't find. I've tried uploading my ID to Facebook to recover the account, but it's not working on any of the devices I've attempted it on (a laptop, an office computer, an iPad Air 4, and a Samsung Galaxy S9). The system keeps rejecting the photo, claiming it's either impossible to upload or too blurry. I need assistance from a human and not an automated response. Thank you, Victor D.

My Facebook account got hacked on August 11, [redacted]. The hacker altered my email, password, and phone number. Despite multiple reports, the hacker keeps changing my password. Facebook is sending password resets to the hacker's email. I've been facing this issue for a week now. My consistent information for years has been [redacted] and [redacted] I've uploaded my Driver's License, which was accepted, and I was told a link would be sent to me. However, it appears to be going to the hacker's email. I've checked my spam folder, but no luck. The hacker continues changing my password. Thank you for your assistance.

I am Keyshanique Drew, aspiring to become an entertainer. I have put in years of effort to build my presence on Facebook and Instagram. Recently, I encountered severe treatment from Meta, which has been disheartening. My accounts, where I invested significant time and money, got disabled due to sharing a video game clip that supposedly violated their terms. Originally locked out of Facebook, I discovered my Instagram was inaccessible too since it was linked. Now, even on WhatsApp, due to supposed terms violation, I can't message my family. Despite reaching out through various channels, including writing to Mark Zuckerberg, I have not received any assistance. It is immensely frustrating to be facing consequences for something I did not do, especially when there seems to be a lack of real agents to help resolve such issues at Meta. This situation has left me devastated as these platforms were crucial for both my modeling career and family connections. My distress stems not from losing social media access but from losing everything without justification.

My account linked to [redacted] was hacked last year, and I am still unable to access it. When I try to log in, it directs me to a two-step verification code generator that should send a code to my cellphone via text message. However, I do not receive this code on my phone. I never authorized the two-step verification with my phone number, so it seems the hacker substituted their number instead. After this, I am prompted to provide some form of ID verification. I have submitted multiple copies of my driver's license, but I only receive an email from Facebook in Vietnamese stating they cannot help. The language on the Facebook website has been changed to Vietnamese, which I do not understand, indicating a possible Vietnamese hacker.

In July, I contacted Jonathan Hooper from TMA Plant and Equipment in Manchester. We agreed on a price and signed a contract (now known to be bogus). I sent half the money and was scammed, receiving nothing in return. Despite reporting to you, the FCA, and their hosting companies, the advert on Facebook remains active, with [redacted] people saving it. I urge you to take it down as it is misleading. Please address this issue promptly before more fall victim. I have contacted you before, but no action has been taken against him or the ad. I have been on Facebook for many years, and all my friends and family, who live in the USA and Australia, are on there too. I have been ill for several months and managed to get a laptop from my brother to log in to Facebook, only to find my account blocked. I have never violated any Facebook rules. I have been unwell, and now when I need the support of friends and family the most, you have blocked my access. I have never posted anything offensive on Facebook. I made a mistake in the past, but I have never discussed it on Facebook. I am very ashamed of it, and now, when I need support to recover, you have prevented me from reaching out. I would like an official reason for why my account has been blocked, especially when I need to connect with my loved ones during this difficult time. I have never been in any legal trouble, except for one mistake, which I have never glorified on Facebook. Being isolated from my friends and family during this recovery is very lonely. I recently encountered a troubling situation with a fraudulent META ads account that led to unauthorized charges on my PayPal for £87.50. After blocking the payments through my bank, I was refunded, but PayPal now shows an overdraft of -£87.50 and redirected me to contact Facebook for resolution. When attempting to report the hacked ads account to Facebook, the process seems to be automated, sending me in circles with no apparent way to speak with a human representative. In contrast, Google swiftly identified a fraudulent ads account, providing a refund link promptly after one email. Navigating Facebook's support system has been overwhelmingly difficult, leaving me feeling anxious and out of options. I hope to reach a resolution soon and have my stolen funds refunded by Facebook to close both accounts. Thank you for your help.

I had an unsettling experience with a former employee who hacked into my Facebook account due to my lack of security measures. After removing most of my friends and briefly deactivating my account, I reinstated it. Despite giving this person a chance, I eventually had to let her go for various reasons.
