I bought a shower head through the marketplace, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the company, Vyjoy, as per their instructions, providing all the required information. They offered me a partial refund of 20% due to Covid restrictions preventing returns. I declined this offer and requested a full refund, including the postage cost of £3.99. However, I haven't received any further response from them. It's frustrating when companies don't honor their commitments. I hope Facebook can take responsibility for monitoring businesses that operate through the Marketplace to prevent such situations in the future.

On June 25, [redacted], I received an email notification from Facebook alerting me that someone attempted to log into my account. The email stated the login happened at 8:13 AM using Edge (Chromium Based) on Windows 10. Despite confirming that my account was safe, I encountered difficulties logging in as my password had been changed. Despite my attempts to reset the password by providing identification verification, I still could not regain access. Additionally, the associated email account linked to my Facebook was also altered, and the 6-digit code required for password reset was inaccessible to me. As a result, I encountered issues trying to use the code generator for access to my account.

I reported to Facebook that my account was hacked, and they were assisting me. However, the situation has worsened as the hacker gained access to my Android phone using a method called "Stage Fright" and managed to infiltrate both my Facebook and Google accounts, changing the phone numbers associated with four of my accounts. Consequently, I was locked out of my accounts. To maintain communication with Facebook support, I created a temporary account and reported the hacking incident on my original account. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled and blocked me, treating me like the hacker despite my attempts to verify my identity by providing the correct birthday and even uploading my driver's license. Despite confirming my previous posts and comments, Facebook claimed I failed to do so. I am unable to access my ten-year-old account with approximately [redacted] friends who rely on me for assistance. Given the malicious intent of the hacker, I am in a desperate situation and even considering traveling to Facebook's California office. I listed our second house for sale on the marketplace on 10/5 with a photo. One person complimented the house, but another person accused me of scamming, claiming the photo was incorrect. I defended myself, but the person insisted I was wrong. They then shared a photo from Zillow of a different house, confusing it with mine. I clarified the mistake with Google Maps images. Despite fixing the error on Zillow, I found out I'm banned from Facebook Marketplace for violating Community Standards.

I am trying to access my account, which has been inactive for years. After resetting the password, I am stuck at the verification step. Facebook wants to send a verification code to an old email address I no longer have access to. I cannot update it to my current email because I didn't set up Trusted Friends. The Security Team sends me alerts about login attempts, but I can't bypass the verification process. Facebook's protocol makes it incredibly challenging for me to regain access to my account.

I am having difficulty accessing our Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield Facebook page due to an issue with the disabled administrator page. Our Administrative Assistant, Rachel Goff, mistakenly used her hire date of 9/[redacted], which has blocked her from the page for almost 2 weeks, impacting our social media outreach as a nonprofit organization. I received an email to my Gmail account, but it's not linked to my Facebook page. The email claims my page is set for deletion due to a possible violation of Facebook's policies. However, I'm unsure if this email is legitimate as the sender's email address ([redacted]) seems suspicious. When I checked my Facebook notifications on the account linked to my page, I found no alerts about any violations or deletion threats. I would like to confirm if the email I received is authentic and from Facebook.

I recently became a seller on Facebook Marketplace. After shipping an item via USPS through Facebook's shipping service, the buyer informed me that $33 postage was due upon delivery. This is unexpected as previous shipments, including this one, were priced at $12 for shipping. I'm unsure how to address this issue with the buyer, as it seems unfair for them to incur additional costs that were not originally communicated by Facebook.

I was incorrectly charged by my bank four times for around $25 each on October 7, [redacted], while trying to buy a [redacted]-coin package in the Facebook game Differences. The first and second attempts were denied, so I gave up playing. I reported the issue to Facebook over two days ago, but I have not heard back yet. I am working on getting a refund by filling out a dispute form with my bank.

My account has been compromised by my ex, who is using the dark web to access it. This has been happening for two days, and despite changing my password multiple times, he keeps breaching my account. I have been locked out of my account since this morning at 9:43 am due to his actions. I have provided a photo of my driver's license with the name Bridget, although I use Bridgette on Facebook for privacy reasons. Yesterday, my name is Festus Ajah, and my Facebook account was hacked. I am looking to recover it. The hacker, Caleb Okeke, is responsible for the hack. He tried to defraud me yesterday by registering for the Crowd1 investment platform, which I declined.
