I recently received an email from Facebook notifying me that my password was changed without my authorization. They are selling organic tropical fruits at discounted prices through Marketplace, specifically 3 boxes of organic dragon fruit for $48. The payment is directed to a Chinese gaming room through PayPal. The address provided, "[redacted] N Expressway [redacted], Edinburg, TX [redacted]," belongs to J&D Produce Inc, a green produce seller. The suspicious payee and the Chinese connection raised red flags. Despite making a purchase, I received no confirmation, leaving me concerned about a possible scam. This is reminiscent of a past scam I experienced involving a fake US vendor based in China. I received a small plastic piece instead of the item ordered. This experience has made me cautious, and I urge Facebook to take swift action against scammers exploiting their platform. I have been struggling with your account recovery process for months. My account was compromised and I had to update my password in August. I am currently locked out of my account because I need to generate a code from a 3rd party app, which I never signed up for. I am unable to access the account to download the app or disable the feature. I attempted to access the account using a code sent to my email, but the input box only allows for six characters while the code is eight characters in length. I have submitted photos of my driver's license three times. Despite the first approval, the login link remained non-functional. Following rejections for blurry images and unacceptable ID type, I am frustrated with the flawed account recovery process. A couple of years ago, a person who was stalking me reported my Facebook account as fake, causing it to be disabled. Despite providing proof of my identity, it happened a few more times, leading me to create new accounts. Each time, the same issue occurred, resulting in my accounts being disabled. Now, even after waiting a few months to create a new account, it gets disabled within days. Even when trying to contact Facebook for help, I encounter difficulties. I recently had to create a new account due to getting a new phone and forgetting my password. I applied for a government grant and they asked for more information. Despite trying to login, I faced issues with calls disrupting the process. Managing multiple passwords is hard for me due to struggles with ADHD and other disabilities. I don't understand why my account was disabled as I believe I didn't break any rules. I've had several hacking incidents on Facebook resulting in personal information leaks. Dealing with identity theft issues, now even facing account breaches with Equifax is frustrating. I encountered problems with PayPal when trying to deposit $[redacted] for a business. Despite multiple past hacking instances going unnoticed, changing phones led to being locked out. The lack of customer service availability makes me question trusting Facebook and maintaining my accounts. I need Facebook to communicate with friends and family but the service issues are making it challenging to access important conversations and necessary grants. It has become so troublesome that I might need legal assistance to address these issues.

My account, Shay Louise Turner, was hacked and hijacked. I haven't been able to access it since I need a code generator, but I can't access it or get a code to log in. I managed to change the password, but I still need the code. The hacker linked their number, so my number is no longer associated with it. I created a temporary account 'Shay L Turner' until I can regain access to my original account. It was hacked on the 13th or 14th of September, and Facebook has taken it down until I can prove it's mine. I submitted my age card, learner's license, and p-license as proof, but the hacker put their number to receive the code, preventing me from getting in. I need my original account back, as it contains precious photos of my 10-week-old son who passed away in [redacted], some of which I no longer have.
