I've been receiving messages from Facebook prompting me to log in, even though I never log out. I've been attempting to access my account all day. After trying to reset my password, I noticed there's a strange email associated with my account that isn’t mine. I managed to add my Gmail as a secondary email to receive a 6-digit code. Upon entering the code, I was then prompted for my ID, which I provided. Strangely, I received a message stating I had misspelled my email, although I hadn't. Every time I re-enter my password, the same message appears. Consequently, I have been unable to access my Facebook account all day. Additionally, my phone number is not being recognized. Being in the midst of selling several furniture items on Marketplace, this disruption has severed my communication with potential buyers.

I don't frequently use Facebook. Recently, I attempted to log in with the correct credentials, but received an automated code to validate my account via an email I seldom check. Despite accessing that email, no code was found. I've requested the code multiple times but have yet to receive it. The alternative method suggests calling three "friends" for a code. I accepted requests from remote acquaintances, and besides one person, I don't know the others. I opted not to provide my phone number due to Facebook's reputation but need to find a post allegedly made on my page. How can I resolve this issue and reach out to them? Thank you. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. I am unable to log in on my iPad, although I am still logged in on my phone. When attempting to reset my password, I am asked for my current password, but am receiving a message saying it is incorrect. Despite trying to recover my account by sending codes to my email, cellphone, and alternate email, I have not received any codes. I even submitted a photo of my driver's license for identification purposes, but I am still unable to regain access to my Facebook account.

Despite taking several actions to recover my account with the help of Facebook, they allowed me to change my password and email to [redacted] However, I still can't access my Facebook account because I had set up two-factor authentication with one of the phone numbers I mentioned earlier. The hacker changed that number when they initially accessed my account.
I am reaching out to you for assistance in permanently recovering my Facebook account, which I have had for about 10 to 12 years. This account holds many memories and connections that are important to me, and I am unable to access them now.
To prove my ownership of the account, the initial username was "Simon ATCHEKPE," and the password was "Klogtechnologies." There was also another username "Simon De l'Hermon" with the password "Klogtechno280580."

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. Hackers posted a hateful picture and a page on my profile that I did not add. As a result, Facebook disabled my account. I was in the process of reporting the hack when my account got disabled. I am concerned about losing years of memories, including my children's milestones. Two days ago, I was messaging my daughter when suddenly a screen appeared saying the session had timed out and logged me out. When I tried to log back into my Facebook account, it prompted me for a password that it claimed was old. Then, I received another screen asking to send a security code to a mobile number ending in 11, which is not my number; mine ends in 60. Following my daughter's advice, I uninstalled Facebook from my phone, but upon attempting to log back in, I learned that my account had been deleted by Facebook security. Despite sending emails seeking clarification without any response, my friends are now receiving messages claiming I am giving away $60,[redacted], which is very concerning. It seems someone has taken over my Facebook page and Messenger to scam my friends.

My Facebook account was recently hacked. I inadvertently clicked on a video sent by a friend who had also been hacked. Subsequently, fraudulent charges appeared on my bank account, including a transfer of $[redacted] that was supposedly sent to my sister, who never received the money. Following an investigation by my bank, it was confirmed to be a scam, and they have reimbursed the amount taken. I have since changed my Facebook password and obtained a new debit card, hoping to resolve the issue. However, I discovered that some payments I made with the new card were increased without my consent. Today, I am meeting with my bank to address this. Due to my locked Facebook account, I am unable to access it, which is frustrating. I suspect that the unauthorized access may be linked to purchases made on Facebook Marketplace, where I have three outstanding orders placed months ago that have not been delivered, despite seller claims of shipping delays.

Recently, my phone was stolen, and I have been logged into my Facebook account automatically. I tried to change my password, but after entering the code or new password, I received a message stating that I won't be able to access my account as they review additional documents. I cleared the cookies on my browser, which logged me out as I expected. I also forgot my password and reset it. After resetting it and logging in, it is now asking for a 6-digit code that I didn't receive via email or phone. I am unsure if my phone is connected to my Facebook account. I have never logged in on other devices due to privacy concerns. The only recovery option I see is to provide a photo ID, but I am uncomfortable doing so. I don't have a driver's license, only a passport. I am hesitant to upload a photo for privacy reasons. I am worried because I am a member of a private group that I value, and I recently made a purchase on the marketplace. My Facebook account has been locked, and I've been facing issues logging in for a few days now. Each time I try to access it, there's an error validating my access token. This is becoming frustrating, and I need help resolving it. Additionally, I am the owner of *** Group, and Islam Soap Pvt Limited is damaging my business's reputation, which is unacceptable. I have had my account for over 9 years, but it was hacked about 3 weeks ago. The hacker changed most of my information, except for my name and username, which are still AKOGU IDRIS NDAKO and akogu.idrisndako. Despite the hacker changing the email and phone number on the account, I've been unsuccessful in recovering it using the steps provided by Facebook's help center. My Facebook account got locked after I changed my password and accidentally clicked on the email from Facebook to secure my account. Even after confirming my identity by uploading my national ID, Facebook notified me that my identity submission was successful but the provided link is not functioning.
Please unlock my account as I remember all the necessary details and have submitted my national ID. Despite attempting to report the issue through the help center, the submission didn't go through, instructing me to log in and secure my identity, which hasn't resolved the issue. Kindly provide an alternative method, preferably through a Gmail code since the initial option of submitting personal ID and the recovery link provided by Facebook were unsuccessful.
