I have noticed suspicious activity from someone in Kuwait accessing my account and changing my password. The last time I visited Kuwait was in September [redacted], so I am concerned about how they are able to do this. I suspect it might be related to my old Kuwait number being given to someone else. I have unsuccessfully tried to remove the old number [redacted] from my account and added a new one [redacted], but it seems the hacker removed it. Despite having an authenticator set up, they are still managing to use SMS 2-step verification without my consent. I have uploaded several identification documents to verify my identity, but the hacker keeps changing my password immediately after I reset it. Is there a way to block their IP address ([redacted].71.[redacted].[redacted]) associated with Ooredoo data service in Kuwait from accessing my account? I am currently back in Fayetteville, North Carolina, since the end of May [redacted], and this activity is not me. Please block this unauthorized access to my account.

Hello! I am seeking assistance with reactivating my Instagram account, which has been disabled. Recently, I was immersed in a school project that required me to draw numerous illustrations. In the process, I had multiple tabs open on Instagram for reference. While casually browsing through my feed on my mobile device, my account was unexpectedly disabled. I recently changed my password on Facebook because someone had changed it without my knowledge, leading me to believe my account was hacked. After resetting the password, I encountered an identity verification step upon login. I tried to log in on a familiar device to no avail. Another option was to select three out of five friends to receive a verification code through a provided URL. However, I only have one friend's phone number out of the five listed, making this a challenge. Additionally, I received emails from Facebook indicating unauthorized access attempts from unknown devices and notifications prompting me to take action without providing the option to confirm whether these attempts were made by me. After the recent Facebook outage, my computer logged me out of my account. When I tried to log back in, the two-step authentication sent the verification code to my old Google Voice number. I believed I had removed that number from my Facebook account, but as the code never reached my phone, it seems I didn't. I suspect that my account has been compromised. I attempted to unfollow users not reciprocating on Reports+ app, a tool I've used regularly. Following this, I was unexpectedly logged out, informed of my account deactivation, and placed under temporary lock. I am working diligently to regain access to my account. This incident happened on October 3rd, [redacted] at around 10:00 EST.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to a security login issue. The registered phone number in the account is no longer valid, so I would like to update it to 0[redacted] [redacted] or add my Gmail account [redacted] Additionally, I do not have any trusted contacts to assist me with this matter. I am requesting the deletion of my previous Facebook account due to privacy concerns. Despite being unable to access it for years, the verification methods are inaccessible to me. I once added random friends which has made it difficult to identify the required contacts. Uploading my ID for verification violates my privacy, and I am hesitant to do so. Recently, someone found my account without my consent and shared my picture, compromising my privacy without permission. I unwittingly accessed a compromised profile three days ago. While using Facebook today, I received a suspicious email appearing to be from Facebook. Now, my account is locked, prompting me to provide sensitive information that Facebook never requested before, such as a driver's license or passport. My account is linked to a @rogers email, but the hacker communicated with me via a Gmail account, which Facebook does not use. This leads me to believe the hacker is behind the block. How can I regain access to my account without falling victim to a scam and disclosing personal information like my passport or driver's license?

I have an old Facebook account linked to my previous email (@charter.net) that I want to delete. I've created a new account with my current email (@gmail.com), but Facebook is addressing me as Leona instead of Randall. This makes me reluctant to use the new account as I'm unsure of its validity and prefer to resolve this issue first. I received a message on Facebook from someone asking me to verify their account by sending a code to my phone. After doing so, they hijacked my account. I'm attempting to recover my blocked account by uploading a photo of my driver's license, but the system doesn't recognize it. I need a code sent to my email to reset my password as the verification process isn't accepting my ID photo. Alternatively, I can email a picture of my photo ID for verification. My husband, Kenneth Solar, recently had a stroke, and we, as an elderly couple, joined Facebook to use the Marketplace to buy a car. Kenneth provided all the necessary information when signing up. Recently, while looking at cars, he was inexplicably removed from Facebook without explanation. The page showed a blocked "Continue" button with a red circle and red line. Despite a text message welcoming him back, we still can't access the account. We suspect it was a mistake during Facebook's recent issues. My regular Facebook account functions normally, but I am puzzled by my ban from the marketplace without any explanation. This issue arose at the start of September, and despite my repeated review requests, I have only received automated responses. Oddly, the messages are attributed to the Facebook Payments Team, which confuses me as I do not utilize any payment services on marketplace.
