I mistakenly inputted my password and had to reset it. I requested a code to be sent to my phone, but the code I received didn't work. I tried an alternative method, and a code was sent to an email address that doesn't belong to me. When asked for my full name, I realized I used a different name on my account for search purposes. It seems like someone else may have taken control of my account.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Facebook profile was blocked yesterday morning due to a violation or inconsistency with personal data. In the evening, I received an email from the Facebook Ads Team regarding a campaign that supposedly should start on my personal account under the name Acay Vo Dich. I suspect fraudulent activity as I cannot access my account, yet someone seems to be using my name for Facebook Ads business. This situation is concerning for me. My Facebook profile is under the name Marco Squeglia from Roma.

I recently attempted to secure my account but accidentally got locked out for security reasons. I recently received a notification that my account has been deactivated. I upgraded my phone yesterday without changing my number or service provider, Verizon. I'm puzzled by this as it hasn't happened to me before. Facebook directed me to enter my phone number, which hasn't changed. I'm unsure how to locate my phone number in your system. Hello, I recently had issues with my Facebook account being hacked. I managed to recover it using the correct email, but now my phone number is no longer linked to the account. Whenever I try to log in, it asks for a login code sent via SMS, but I never receive it. I need Facebook to either disable the two-factor authentication or re-add my phone number to my account so I can access it. Thank you.

I have not been able to find a customer service phone number. I am not an active Facebook user but have had an account for many years. When I tried to log in recently, I received the message pasted below indicating my account had been disabled. I suspect it was due to hacking since I seldom use the platform. I want to restore my account, but the message states that I can't appeal the decision. When I tried creating a new account, I only received vague error messages. I wish to resolve this issue and talking to someone would make it easier, but I can't seem to find a way to do that. Browsing through Community Standards didn't provide any help. I have several ad accounts that have been disabled because of issues with my landing pages. One specific account is linked to this email address, while another is associated with [redacted] I'm new to advertising and unknowingly made mistakes in the beginning. Ads on the account registered under "[redacted]" were rejected for mentioning MLM, which I didn't realize was a violation on my landing page. I've tried to rectify the issue, but the ad was still denied. I thought I followed Facebook's Advertising Policies and Community Standards, but it seems I missed something. The most recent disabled account had a simple, informative landing page without any income claims or exaggeration. Despite that, it was disabled shortly after review. I'm learning the ropes of Facebook Advertising and would appreciate a fair chance. I'm willing to provide any necessary information to demonstrate my authenticity and genuine intentions. On December 21st, we received numerous birthday wishes prompting us to adjust the date on our Facebook account to the day we established our business. Unfortunately, this adjustment led to the account being disabled since 12/21/20, impacting our business significantly as Facebook is a vital marketing tool for us. I have submitted copies of my driver's license and the business license to verify our identity. We kindly request the reactivation of our account. The initial date of 12/21/[redacted] was set by the individual who initially created our Facebook page, who is no longer part of ZOOM Auto Finance. My Facebook page has been hacked, and the email address and phone number were changed, making it impossible to log in or receive login codes. The current information on the account is not mine, so I need to figure out how to regain access and update my email and phone number. After resetting my password, I'm stuck at the step requiring a 6-digit code that's being sent to the unfamiliar mobile number on the account. It feels like a never-ending loop of trying to log in with a new password but needing a code that I can't receive.

I've been having issues with my Facebook page, "Bay Area Training," for a few weeks now. It seems like it may have been hacked because I can no longer access it, and resetting it is not working. I wish I could go back around 8 weeks and restore it to that point. Approximately 10 days back, I sent a photo of my driver's license to Facebook in hopes of resolving the problem, but I haven't received any response. My account got disabled around December 15, [redacted]. It was meant to be a 24-hour timeout but turned into a two-week ordeal. When I was finally allowed back on Facebook, my profile page had disappeared. I've since started a new profile and recovered most information except for pictures. One private group page I managed, Savannah Area Musicians Exchange, still exists but I can't access it. Can you assist me in reclaiming access to my page? I am a 76-year-old who has had a Facebook account since [redacted]. Unfortunately, a week ago, Facebook disabled my account, citing that I was not old enough to have an account (13 years old). I visited the Customer Service page, though the name does not reflect the service. I submitted a copy of my Dept. of Defense Photo ID, but was informed that it was inadequate as it lacked my date of birth. I have now attempted multiple times to send a form with a photo of my current US Passport, but it consistently fails, stating to "Try Later." I have been struggling with this issue for the past two days.

I wasn't sure if I was allowed on Facebook, so I deactivated my account. However, after consulting with my lawyer, he confirmed that there are no restrictions now that I am off probation. I created a Blogspot account to post a sincere apology. Unfortunately, when the recipient saw my Blogspot, the judge prohibited me from blogging and using social media accounts. Therefore, I decided to start anew with this Facebook account.

I discovered an additional email added to my account. Although I successfully changed my password, I am not receiving the code required for the second step of the authentication process. I sought assistance from Facebook's help center, where they requested my ID. After uploading it, I promptly received an email with the subject "Thank you for submitting your ID." However, the email body stated, "Hi, We can't grant you access to this account or assist with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID matching the information on the account." I'm unsure if I am making an error in the process.
