I submitted my information for review. I acknowledge that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays in processing. Facebook is prioritizing security and has limited personnel available. Name- D. Carter Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Case #[redacted][redacted] Hello, I am kindly requesting to be granted permission to sell/buy on Facebook. I am a trustworthy and friendly buyer who has not yet sold anything on the platform. Previous sellers can vouch for my honesty and prompt payments, affirming that I am not engaged in any fraudulent activities. Recently, I have inquired with some sellers about purchasing artificial palm trees or TV centers, expressing my willingness to use either PayPal or ZellePay for these transactions as some sellers have accepted these payment methods in my recent purchases. I am unable to afford in-store prices for items, hence I would greatly appreciate if my selling/buying access could be reinstated. Thank you for considering my request.

I believe my Facebook account was compromised by someone pretending to be from the city block development program. The person, claiming to be Susan Desmond, used Tommy Kindolins' hacked account to access mine. I am unable to create a new account using my current email or phone number due to it still being linked to the compromised account. The phone numbers associated with the hacked Facebook account were [redacted] and [redacted].

My name is Clairie Chicas, and my Facebook account was hacked on 11/16/20. The hacker changed the email and password from an IP address in Phoenix, Arizona: 70.[redacted].[redacted].4. I've reached out to Facebook, provided my photo ID, but they keep saying nothing is wrong with my account, even after multiple attempts. I'm desperate to regain access to my account as it holds precious memories of my sons. I even tried sending my birth certificate, but the email reply failed. I've tried using Facebook's hacked account page and followed their steps, but nothing has worked so far. My previous email was [redacted], which was changed to a long email. I'm at a loss and unsure how to grab Facebook's attention to resolve this issue.

I got unexpectedly logged out on December 14 while updating my profile, and have been repeatedly asked to verify my ID since. Despite following the process multiple times, I face issues using the mobile app as it loops me back after uploading my driver's license. While attempting on my PC, I receive an acknowledgement email with a verification link that restarts the process once clicked. Unfortunately, this only works twice per email address before I stop receiving further emails. The system mentions someone will review my ID, but the login prompts continue indefinitely. I’ve been struggling to regain access to my account for two weeks now and require assistance.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account on my mobile device. I managed to reset my password, but I did not receive the 2-factor authentication code required, which is supposed to be sent via text message. Today, when I logged into Facebook on my laptop, I had to change my password, and it worked without needing the 2-factor code. However, on my phone, it accepts my password but still prompts for the code that Messenger has not delivered.

There is a Facebook page selling fake merchandise under the name Toovis. They promoted sets of gaming dice, and I purchased 8 sets for $96.00. Unfortunately, the 8 sets I received were not what I expected at all. Many other individuals on Facebook have also complained about this fraudulent activity. I have tried to communicate with Toovis via email, but they are not providing a satisfactory resolution. Initially, they offered me a 10% refund, and now they are offering 25% back. They also mentioned a refund if I return the dice, but they want me to cover the shipping costs, which they estimate at $20.00 or more. I would appreciate any help to stop their misleading advertising and get my money back. Please contact me via email, and I can share photos and the email exchanges I have had with them. Thank you for your assistance.

I deactivated my personal account temporarily. When I tried to log back in two days later, I cannot access my page anymore. I was the only admin, and now it seems to be disabled. It appears in my shortcuts, but I am unable to access it or make any changes. I can't even publish or unpublish content. I've reported the issue to Facebook and even tried searching for the page on search engines, but all I get is a broken link.

In September [redacted], Facebook blocked my account claiming I was too young, even though I am 65 years old and had accidentally entered the wrong birth year. Despite sending them my driver's license as proof of my age immediately, the issue remains unresolved as we approach the end of December. Living in a rural area without transportation, Facebook's inaction has left me feeling isolated. Missing important events like my birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas without access to Facebook has been disheartening. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, mail, and email, I have been met with silence. The lack of communication from Facebook has left me feeling lonely and disheartened as I face the upcoming New Year without resolution.

I have two accounts that I am trying to merge, but despite following all the instructions, I am unable to do so. I believe I may have overwritten the original account's email with the second one. Originally, I set up the original account as a page from my personal account. However, I discovered that having a separate account would yield better results. When trying to create a new one, I ended up with two separate accounts that I am now struggling to merge. I have tried taking ownership of both, but only one is showing up. I attempted to use the business manager, but encountered the same issue.

I'm confused as to why my account got banned for using a common cuss word like "b****," while other users can freely use words like "p***y" and even have explicit profile pictures. I have never threatened or harmed anyone, and this ban seems excessive. As a long-time Facebook member, I'm frustrated to face a ban for the first time this year. It would be more helpful to have clear guidelines on what content is unacceptable rather than resorting to bans. Three days feels like an excessive punishment for this situation.

Last night, while I was sleeping, my account got hacked. The hacker changed my email, password, and account settings. I've managed to recover my account using FB's "Secure Your Account" option. My email is now correct, and I've reset my password twice. However, to log in now, I need to provide an authorization code that I never set up. I suspect the hacker changed this setting to keep me out of my account. I don't receive any codes; it's possible my phone number was changed because I don't get an SMS code. I even tried using a third-party authentication app called "Authenticator," but no luck. This code requirement is blocking my access to my account. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this issue? Unfortunately, I can't get help from FB, and I feel stuck. I fear the hacker still controls my account due to this authentication hurdle.

I am M. McGrew, my email is [redacted] Yesterday evening, while chatting on my Facebook page with long-time acquaintances, we discussed our opinions on various topics, including treason by government officials. I mentioned Pelosi and said she "should be" held accountable, not a call for direct action. However, Facebook penalized me for three days, citing a violation. I believe my First Amendment right to free speech, protected by the Constitution, has been infringed upon. Perhaps a class action suit on behalf of the people is warranted for such violations.

Yesterday, I hadn't used Facebook in hours when I tried to post a picture on my story, just a selfie, and discovered my account had been disabled. I did not receive any prior emails about this, and just two days ago, I had to reset my password. After submitting a picture to verify my identity, I am still locked out, and I am unsure of who to contact for support. I am unable to access Facebook to seek assistance, and I am confused because I have not done anything wrong.
