I received emails notifying me of a password change I did not authorize. As a security measure, I promptly changed the password myself. However, the new password is not working, indicating another unauthorized change six hours ago. Consequently, I am locked out of my Facebook account. Attempts to reset the password do not result in receiving the reset link via email. I seek guidance on this issue.

Yesterday, my account got hacked, evident from the recent login attempts. Although I've changed my password, the hacker activated 2-factor authentication on their device, and I'm not receiving the necessary 6-digit code for login verification. I've already submitted my ID and explained the situation, but it seems like Facebook is not responding to these types of tickets based on community feedback. I'm seeking alternative methods to reach out to Facebook and resolve this matter.

Since Facebook updated its design, I have been experiencing some issues: 1. Titles/names don't appear on other people's FB pages. 2. When I receive a notification of someone's comment or reply, only their face shows up, not their name. 3. The number of likes on a post is no longer visible. This could be a new feature of the updated FB that I am not accustomed to. There are additional problems, but I can't recall them until I encounter the issue. I have tried refreshing my FB page, but there have been no changes.

I initially had trouble with my password on Facebook. After resetting it multiple times, I managed to log in but found the language was changed. Following more password resets, I encountered issues due to not remembering the email associated with my account, which dates back around 15 years. I can view my account from my husband's profile but need help recovering access as I do not recall the email or password linked to it.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error saying I've been redirected too many times. I followed the suggestion to clear cookies, but still can't access my account. Unfortunately, I cannot even visit Facebook's help page due to the login issue. When I tried contacting customer service, I was informed there is no phone support at this time. This is seriously impacting my small home business during the pandemic. I used to be on Facebook to keep in touch with my former co-workers from HIMKO in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, my previous account, [redacted], was disconnected without reason after I was mistreated by two individuals. Despite reporting the abuse, Facebook took no action. Last week, I attempted to create a new account with my current email, [redacted], but Facebook locked me out and requested my mobile number. I do not use a mobile phone due to having a special CapTel home phone for my hearing loss. I find it puzzling that Facebook demands a mobile number when I have provided my home phone. I have sought assistance from the DOJ to investigate the fairness of my account's deactivation and to clarify if owning a mobile phone is mandatory. Warm regards, Petra

Hello, I am Seif Aloui. I have been using my Facebook account since [redacted] and Instagram since [redacted]. I had one ban for 3 days in the past, but on Wednesday 02/12/[redacted], my accounts were disabled without any warning, and I am unsure about the reason behind it. I believe some individuals might have reported me, but I am confident that I did not violate any rules, especially on Instagram. If I unknowingly did something wrong, I apologize. I lost access to my Facebook account three weeks ago when a hacker took over and changed all my login information. This also means I can't reach my business art page, The Art of Cathleen Abalos, which is linked to my personal account. Even after trying the account recovery steps, like getting a password reset email, it keeps going to the hacker's email (an excite.com account) instead of my gmail address. I even submitted my driver's license for identity verification a few weeks back, but I haven't received any response from Facebook yet.

My personal Facebook account was hacked during the night, and the hacker changed my email and trusted contact information. Upon noticing the changes at 2 and 3 am, I tried to secure my account. Facebook prompted me to answer security questions and upload a photo ID. The next day, I received a message saying my issue was resolved, but it wasn't. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, the only response I get is to upload an ID. I have done this three times. It has been three weeks, and the problem remains unresolved. I am unable to recover the account because the recovery code is sent to an unfamiliar email address.

My Facebook account got hacked. The hacker changed my email and phone number linked to the account. They used a photo of my driver's license for the two-step authentication. My ex-partner has successfully hacked and deactivated my account, as well as changed the last digit of my phone number. Despite sending in my ID, my passport was defaced by my partner, causing it to be rejected. I urgently need access to my account to retrieve my precious photos. I have a MacBook Air ([redacted]) running OS 10.13.6. I received notification that my Facebook account was sending out spam related to a supposed giveaway by Snoop Dogg. As a result, I've been locked out of my account. When I attempt to log in and review recent posts and likes, I click on "get started" but then receive an error message stating "Something Went Wrong - We're working on getting this fixed." Hello, my name is Riya Khandelwal. Yesterday, someone from Indonesia attempted to access my Facebook and even tried to access my Gmail. I have enabled two-step verification for my Gmail account, preventing the individual from accessing it. However, this person has successfully changed my Facebook password, even though I have changed it several times since then. As a result, my Facebook account is now locked, and I need to go through security steps that involve receiving a code via either email or phone. The issue lies in the fact that one of the email addresses associated with my Facebook account is no longer working, and I cannot reset the password for that email. Additionally, Facebook is sending the code to a phone number with a lost SIM card. I have already uploaded my passport as requested, but I have not received a response yet. This morning, while working on my laptop, my account was suddenly reset without my approval. I attempted to recover it by changing my password, which was successful. However, upon logging in, it requested a code from an unknown app. I was instructed to access the Facebook app (which I am currently logged out of) to generate this code. After charging my phone overnight, I received a message stating my 'session' had expired, logging me out of my Facebook account. Despite multiple attempts to regain access, I am stuck at the step where I need to decide about deleting or skipping posts. I have changed my password several times. I even opened a new account just to reach the help center, but it was not useful. I continue to receive notifications but can't access my original account. Hello, We are experiencing an issue with our Facebook page, Geopolitika Analytical Portal. Facebook indicates that we are eligible for monetization through instant articles, but when we attempt to connect our website to claim the URL in the Publishing Tools/IA Configuration, it remains stuck in pending review status without progressing. Although our IA feed is error-free and meets all requirements, we are unable to obtain approval for the URL, as it remains in pending status.
