Hello, I have two accounts on Facebook, one is Taryn Caple (QueenMovements) and the other is MinistriesAgainst DomesticViolence. MinistriesAgainst DomesticViolence is connected to the group page I manage called M.A.D.V - Ministries Against Domestic Violence. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access MinistriesAgainst DomesticViolence and the associated group page M.A.D.V - Ministries Against Domestic Violence to make my assistant Trekedia Middleton an admin. In trying to add her, I mistakenly removed myself as admin. The only account with admin privileges is MinistriesAgainst DomesticViolence, but I cannot recall the password to log in. Can someone help me with this issue?

I recently encountered a situation where my account was compromised and even though I managed to update my password, I am now unable to log in due to a secondary login code being required which is sent via SMS, but I no longer have access to that number. I promptly filled out the necessary form provided by Facebook to verify my identity by submitting a copy of my driver's license. I initially did this on Sunday, Nov 8, [redacted], but to date, no response or update has been given on my case. Just this morning, I resubmitted another form along with a copy of my driver's license. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my Facebook account since Saturday evening.

On Saturday, November 7th, the Facebook app on my iPhone suddenly stopped working properly, only showing the logo. Despite my attempts, I was locked out of my account due to suspicion of unauthorized access. I assure you, I am the sole user of this account. How can I regain access to my account? My Facebook account has been disabled by Facebook. I use [redacted] to log in. I find this situation unfair. I provided my personal mobile phone number for verification and submitted a jpeg photo of myself. I am frustrated because someone might misuse my phone number, and I am locked out of my account. I have always been careful not to post anything offensive or suggestive. Despite following their guidelines, my account was disabled without explanation. I believe I deserve to know the reason for this harsh action, as now I cannot communicate with my loved ones on Facebook. I complied with all their requirements, yet my account remains disabled, leaving me unable to create a new one or contact my family and friends.

I am experiencing trouble with the app on my iPad prompting me to log in again, although the app on my phone works well. I cannot recall my password, and I am attempting to reset it through the mobile number option because I no longer use the email I originally registered with years ago. Despite trying several times over the past few days, I am not receiving the SMS code required for the password reset. This issue persists when I try to access the app through a browser on my laptop as well.

My account with 15k followers was disabled for "impersonation" even though I made it clear it was a 'creator' page and not an 'editor' page. I did not claim to be any of the actors I posted about, but Instagram still disabled it. I worked hard to build that account, and it's frustrating to have it taken down without explanation or the opportunity to appeal. I had a similar experience with another fan page in the past, and Facebook's lack of response to appeals is disappointing.

I am seeking assistance for a friend who manages a Facebook page for a small [redacted](c)3 nonprofit called Inga Foundation that focuses on planting trees in Honduras. Recently, the original UK page, which has years of content, disappeared without a trace. Currently, the only remaining page is the Inga Foundation USA page with minimal followers and content, which unfortunately cannot accept any new posts. Despite multiple attempts to report this issue to Facebook, no action has been taken, and the problem persists for several days now. Thank you for any help.

I am still struggling with logging into Facebook. Despite entering the login code, the platform is not recognizing me. My email for the account is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. My name is Richard Hooper. I tried sending a picture of my driver's license for verification, but it seems Facebook is still not convinced it's me. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with no success. Contacting support has not yielded any solutions thus far.

I have a Facebook account for my small business. I accidentally clicked on the "boost business" link and now I am stuck in the "Facebook Business" section. I can't navigate back to my home page. I seem to be in a never-ending loop. I attempted to reset my password, but every time I sign in, I'm directed to the business page. I completed all the quizzes and tutorials, but once I finish, I am redirected back to my original business page.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue as my client's advertising account on Facebook has been disabled without a clear explanation. This is the second time it has happened, with the first instance occurring in July. This time, I have not been provided with an option to appeal the decision. I have tried to reach out by email through the support inbox, which previously helped resolve a similar problem. I sent an email on November 6th, [redacted], but have not received a response so far.

I need help with the sentences Facebook blocked me for. They involve casual arguments and are not offensive words, only disagreements. I suspect they were reported by opposition members. Facebook sent the notifications in Spanish, and I need them translated into English. I find it unfair that Facebook blocked me for 30 days as I rely on it for work. About a week ago, I noticed my TimeHop app, which displays memories from my Facebook and Instagram accounts, was showing that my Facebook account was disconnected. I typically check this app daily, so it caught my attention. When I tried logging into the app, it prompted me for a code from the "Code Generator" within the Facebook app, which I couldn't access. Even after attempting to get a code by texting "Fb" to [redacted], I kept receiving invalid code messages from Facebook. What's odd is that I can still use my Messenger app on my phone without any problems, but not the actual Facebook app. I don't heavily rely on Messenger. The night before, everything was fine with my Facebook account. I don't engage in sharing controversial content like political posts and I've had my account since roughly [redacted]. Despite uploading my ID to Facebook three times on different days, I haven't heard back from them. I've exhausted my options trying to regain access. My important ID has been disabled without any reason. [redacted] Why don't they block the IDs of Hindu people? I have reported profiles with inappropriate content multiple times, but I receive rude responses instead. Whenever I check, my ID is blocked. Now, if you need money, then write my number and call me. [redacted] You will receive money from me every month. If someday you don't, just let me know. I have created a new ID, but my request is not going through. Is this some kind of joke? Did you assign a fool to handle Facebook or are your workers uneducated? [redacted] Call me as this ID is important. For reactivating each ID, I will pay you between [redacted] to [redacted] every time, and I will increase the demand as well. Just call and say okay... I got logged out of the Facebook app on my phone unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, it said my device wasn't recognized. Now, the 2-factor authentication code I set up a year ago is blocking me from logging in for 2 weeks. The code is being sent to my old phone number, not my current one. Even though my current number is on Facebook, it's not linked to the 2-factor authentication. I've tried contacting Facebook multiple times in the last two weeks but haven't heard back. How can I regain access to my account?

Yesterday around 5:00 AM EST, I found myself locked out of my Instagram account. It appears my account was suspended, and the screen message mentioned a 24-hour wait for verification. It has been over 24 hours since the initial suspension, and I am still unable to access my account. The most recent login attempt was at 7:00 PM yesterday, resulting in the same 24-hour message. I am eager for a prompt resolution as I pride myself on complying with Instagram's rules. My account handle is @amazinsnews.

My email is [redacted] A few weeks ago, my Facebook page was hacked. Facebook is supposed to send a code to my email, but I never receive it. I have attempted multiple times to update my password, but I keep getting emails saying the issue is resolved when it's not. I suspect the hackers have altered my account completely. Friends have informed me of unusual messages sent from my account on both Facebook and Messenger, which I did not send. Please assist me as I have exhausted all my options. I recently left my phone unattended to charge in a public place for about an hour and a half without locking it. Unfortunately, someone accessed it and changed both my email and phone number. I realized this on November 1st, [redacted], when I was unable to access my Facebook account the next day. Initially, I assumed it was a network issue until I tried to retrieve my Facebook link and was prompted to log in, even though I hadn't logged out in days. When I tried to reset my password, the verification code was sent to the new email associated with my account. To make matters worse, my profile picture was changed to that of an unknown man. This is distressing as my business relies on my Facebook account, and I urgently need assistance to regain access to it. A few months back, I deactivated my Facebook account linked to [redacted] Since then, I've been struggling to reactivate it, despite my efforts. On November 8, [redacted], I submitted my Florida Driver's License to your security office in hopes of reopening my account. I received the following response: We cannot grant access or assist until we receive a valid ID matching the account information. Please refer to the Help Center for accepted forms of ID. I have been facing difficulties accessing my account as it keeps showing as disabled. Due to various personal challenges, including hospitalization and my husband's passing, I have changed my email address and phone numbers. Despite trying to reset my password and log in with the updated information, I am still unable to access my account. As I am now on my own, having access to Facebook is essential to me.
