I sold an item on Facebook Marketplace on October **th and delivered the item on October **nd. There are proceeds of $*** due to me, and no one seems to know why the funds are not being paid. I've had at least a dozen emails to the Marketplace support team, with no results. I'm posting below the latest email to "RULE", who has been corresponding with me...**Good Afternoon, Rule.**I'm extremely disappointed that there is still no word about the proceeds from my sale on October **. It's now been ** days since the order was delivered, and I have no word about the payment of these funds. I would like to have this request moved up to a higher authority that can get this resolved. I called my bank again this morning, and they have no record of funds being posted to my account. I'm posting below what shows up on the Marketplace order when I request information about the payment:**This is the information you provided to get paid on Marketplace. You can't edit tax information because it's already been processed for payments.*Personal Information*Eugene Van Horne****************** Stoneflower Dr, Parker, CO ******Linked Bank Account*JPMORGAN CHASE*Ending *******This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm ** years old and not working since the COVID pandemic. I'm hurting financially and withholding these proceeds is putting a strain on my finances and stressing me and my wife out in the worst way possible. If I don't get resolution by the end of this week, I'm going to the local television statement that reports on poor business practices.
