I have discovered that there are currently four (4) Facebook accounts linked to my name. These accounts have varying levels of activity and some have been compromised by hackers, resulting in inappropriate content being posted using my identity. I am unable to access some of these accounts due to forgotten passwords and changed phone numbers. One account, in particular, has been repeatedly hacked and abused to send false messages to my contacts. My wife has even tried to intervene with a comment on the posts, but they are swiftly deleted by the hacker. It is crucial to have these accounts deleted to prevent further misuse of my personal information. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Facebook Team, Hello, Sir. My name is Rajjijoy Banik, and I have been using Facebook for the last 5 years without any violations of the rules and regulations. Unfortunately, my account was disabled recently, and even after following the necessary procedures to confirm my identity, I have not received any emails from Facebook. Despite my compliance, my account was permanently deleted without any communication. I have been trying to recover my hacked account for the past 6 days, as it contains vital information and connections important to me. All details on my account match my ID, and I urge you to address this issue promptly as my business contacts and family are linked to this account. The lack of communication from Facebook is concerning, and I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Rajjijoy Banik

I am currently trying to access an account I created for my business, which I haven't used for over a year. Although Facebook allows me to reset the password, they are requesting verification of my ownership, which is challenging. I used a pseudonym to create the account to protect my personal information from customers, so providing a photo ID is not an option. Facebook suggests having three friends provide a verification code, but the people suggested are customers who do not know me personally. I do know two of the five people, but Facebook requires three confirmations. This obstacle is critical for me as I am selling my business this week and need to provide the buyer with social media login details. Any assistance with finding a solution to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, D. Drakulich

I had a personal Facebook account associated with the login details (Mobile: [redacted] and Email: [redacted]) and a separate official account linked to (Mobile: [redacted] and Email: [redacted]). Since retiring as Director (Science) from my Government job in May 19, my official account is now being used by my successor with a new password. Attempting to access my personal account using the same Mobile Number [redacted] or email [redacted], redirects me to my former official account. I wish to access my personal account independently as I am no longer active in the official capacity. Please assist me in verifying the status of my personal account and how I can log in. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my group, the Urhobo Unity Movement Worldwide. Over the past month, we have been facing a problem where despite approving new member requests, the total count of members remains the same. Currently, we have [redacted] members with 60 awaiting approval, but the numbers do not change when we accept new members. There seems to be a suspicion that our group account may have been compromised or hacked. At one point, there was a duplicate group with the same name and logo that later disappeared. It appears that when we add members, they are not actually joining the group. Our group only has two admins overseeing it. I kindly request a review and check of our group account for any unauthorized access or issues. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, S.O.

Hello, I want to address an issue I encountered on July 21 regarding my account on your network. I wasn't able to log in after 4 pm and suspected a potential hacker due to being disconnected. I provided personal data without a photo last night, only to be informed today that my account was permanently deactivated. As a lawyer, I've always respected community standards on public platforms like Facebook. I believe my account deactivation may be related to comments I made during the ongoing election campaign reflecting on some shortcomings. Although I understand the importance of eliminating fake accounts, I feel the decision to deactivate mine without prior communication is unfair. I kindly request a reconsideration and the opportunity to retain my account with many cherished memories and friendships. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I am available for further clarification. Regards, STAN V.

I have been waiting for Facebook to verify my account for about three months now. My name on the account is Γιωργος Γεω, with Γεω as my pseudonym, similar to half of my last name, which is Γεωργακοπουλος. I received a suspension and was asked to provide identification to reopen it, but the process is taking too long. As a student, I rely on my contacts on the platform. I understand the need for a warning, but I was not expecting my account to be closed without further assistance. Previously, I had a similar issue years ago, provided my ID, and was able to continue using my adjusted name. I am confused as to why my profile is being shut down now, especially when a previous verification had already been completed. If another check was necessary, a warning would have been appreciated, considering the ongoing challenges due to COVID-19. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

Hello, I need to address this directly. My cousin has been trying to log into his account for months but keeps encountering an issue as shown in the following screenshots: [redacted]. He linked his phone to the account and removed the email as the primary login method. However, when he tries to log in using his phone number, he faces the same error. Even when attempting to reset, he gets the same error and is stuck in a loop without receiving any reset code or information to recover his account. He asked me to reach out to Facebook for support, but we have not received a response. I will now try using the GetHuman form to contact support. He is eager to know how to regain access to his account and is willing to provide any necessary information or answer questions. Thank you, I look forward to your prompt response.

I am having trouble accessing my two Facebook accounts under the name Tiffany Copeland after changing my phone number and email address. When I attempted to find my pages using my old phone number, I discovered other names associated with that number, not mine. I want to merge both pages into one. The old phone numbers linked to the accounts are [redacted] with the email [redacted] and [redacted] with the email [redacted] or [redacted] I suspect someone may have hacked into my accounts, changed the passwords, and prevented me from accessing them. I now have a new phone number and email address for resolving this ongoing issue. There seems to have been an attempt to open a new account under my maiden name, Tiffany Stull, using the compromised email [redacted] If possible, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] or my new email, [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I recently encountered issues logging into my Facebook account. Upon checking my emails, I noticed multiple unauthorized attempts to access my account. I followed the steps provided by Facebook to change my password and verify my ownership, but unfortunately, I still couldn't access my account. I received a notification mentioning possible delays in resolving issues due to COVID-19. The next day, I received fraud alerts from American Express regarding unauthorized advertising charges attempted through my Facebook account. The charges were declined as I did not authorize them. I also received another email from Facebook urging me to change my password due to potential unauthorized access. Despite changing my password again, I am still unable to access my account, and Facebook mentioned that the resolution process might take some time.

Last Thursday, on July 16th, I tried to access my Facebook account and unexpectedly got a message informing me that it was disabled. Further investigation revealed that I needed to submit an ID to verify my identity. After confirming it wasn't a scam, I sent a photo of my driver's license the same day. It's now Wednesday, July 22nd, and I haven't received any response from Facebook. In addition to losing Facebook access, I can't log into my Instagram or Messenger accounts. I've dedicated years to building my presence on Facebook and over a year on Instagram for my photography hobby. The message mentioned a potential report about the account being fake. I hope to regain access to my accounts in their original state.

A few years back, I believed I had deleted my Facebook account. Recently, I decided to return to the platform but encountered issues logging in. Upon attempting to create a new account with my email, I was alerted that an existing account is linked to it. When searching for this account, I located my old account under the same email address marked as disabled. Even upon requesting a password reset, the system still indicates that my account is disabled. Despite exploring various options, I have not been able to resolve this issue. How can I reactivate my existing account?

Hello Facebook, Last night, I encountered an issue trying to access my Facebook account on my mobile phone. I ended up creating a new account, but I lost all my friends, saved videos, and the new features I previously enjoyed. Is it possible to reactivate my old account with the username [redacted]? I can no longer access that email as I no longer work there. I changed my new account's username to my current email address. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving any notifications on my new account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Anita S.

I am frustrated with Facebook's policy inconsistencies. They allow posts that are disturbing while censoring others for music or content. Freedom of speech should be respected, and blocking me for playing music or speaking my mind feels unfair. There are accounts displaying inappropriate behavior not being reprimanded. If this isn't addressed, I may involve the news to highlight the disparity in treatment. Freedom of speech is a vital right, and I should be able to express myself without fear of censorship.

I am frustrated with Facebook as they disabled my account after requesting a password reset link. They sent it to one account but not to another, then disabled my account when I asked them to resend it. I believe this was unfair as I did not violate any policies and have always followed Facebook rules. I urge Facebook to reactivate my account promptly as I have done nothing wrong. The email for the account that needs to be reinstated is [redacted] A simple link from Facebook will allow me to access my account.

My Facebook account has been blocked since July 16, [redacted], and I am unsure of the reason. I am nostalgic for my personal account, which I have maintained since February 22, [redacted], when I was 15 years old. I only noticed it was missing when I turned 20. The day it vanished was quite distressing for me. I have not altered my email address; it remains [redacted]

My Facebook account has been hacked. The passwords and email addresses were changed, making it impossible for me to recover the account. This has happened twice with two accounts that I wish to merge into one. I need help proving my identity to Facebook to restore my accounts and change the login credentials. This issue stems from a dissolved personal relationship and is affecting other platforms and even my banking information. The first account is under Kevin McCormick, and the second account is also under Kevin McCormick. The email for the first account is KEVMcCormickJr[at]gmail.com. The second account's email is McCormickkevjr[at]gmail.com. As I no longer have access to these emails, please contact me at McCormickkevj[at]yahoo.com or [redacted].

Hello, it's me with an issue regarding my Facebook account linked to PUBG. My account got disabled and the name changed without my consent. Despite having proof of my purchases, someone is still using my account. I am willing to answer any questions to recover it. Recently, a friend confessed to using my account to hack PUBG items. My Facebook is significant to me as it holds memories of my deceased brother. He passed away before we could start a new life together in Egypt. I created the account in his honor. Losing it feels like losing him again. Please understand the sentimental value and assist me in reclaiming it. I am desperate to have it back and willing to compensate for help.

The other night, I experienced difficulty accessing my Facebook (FB) account. Despite having an internet connection through Google, FB indicated a connection issue. As a result, I decided to create a new account. However, my old account remains active, linked to a former work email and with a forgotten password. Resetting the password is challenging since it would be sent to an inaccessible email. I seek assistance in closing the old account, reconnecting with lost friends, and accessing saved videos and new FB features. For further communication, please reach out to me at [redacted] Urgent response is appreciated. My new account is associated with the mentioned email address.

I recently discovered an unauthorized individual had access to my Facebook business page and removed me as the admin, although I was the sole admin. Consequently, I am unable to access my page or the business manager account. The email notification I received states, "You've been removed from Shoe ONE by Hasitha Diaz on Facebook Business Manager." Please refer to the attached email excerpts for more details. Additionally, I suspect the involvement of a virus due to the following email notification: "LSthree [redacted] ([redacted]) joined Shoe ONE." Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
