I recently tried to log into my Facebook account and found out I was locked out. After checking my email, I noticed someone was attempting to access my account regularly. I followed Facebook's instructions, changed my password, and provided all the necessary information to verify ownership. Despite that, I still couldn't access my account with the new password. I received a message stating that due to COVID-19, resolving this issue might take time. Additionally, I received fraud alerts from American Express regarding unauthorized charges for advertising on my Facebook account, which were declined. Facebook repeatedly sent emails advising me to change my password due to potential unauthorized access, leading to a frustrating cycle as I remained unable to log in. I believe Facebook should enhance its security measures to prevent such unauthorized access and unauthorized charges. Moreover, they should provide better support to swiftly resolve issues like mine, ensuring users aren't left in an endless loop without assistance. This experience has been a major privacy violation, and Facebook must take greater responsibility for addressing such incidents promptly.

I posted a picture of a pig's backside and got suspended for 24 hours. Pigs don't wear clothes, so why did I get penalized? I can't upload the image here to show what I mean as it won't let me. The picture clearly shows a pig's butt with a tail, no nudity or offensive parts are visible. The post didn't violate any rules. I received a message about nudity, but this wasn't nudity, just a pig's butt. It seems like the automated system made an error. Facebook should consider real people moderating content to avoid such mishaps. The platform used to be more enjoyable. Moderating is essential, but this was just a harmless pig picture. Perhaps there should be a separate platform for family and friends where such innocent posts won't be flagged.

I had an account for 17 years with over [redacted] active followers and was an admin for two pollinator advocacy and education pages. Sadly, all my content got removed or became inaccessible after I changed the screen name. My page "Charlie Koenen" has existed for 17 years, with changes through Facebook's acquisitions. I started the "BeeVangelists" group to focus on bee advocacy and later created "beevangelists.org" due to Facebook's protocol changes. I continued to support both for beekeeping and education. As the Wisconsin State Bee Inspector, I needed to hide my social media to avoid conflicts. I renamed my profile to "Worker Bee" but got removed by Facebook because I couldn’t confirm the name. Losing 17 years of data, [redacted] followers, and admin access to my advocacy pages was tough. Now, even HR at my job wants me to remove a post from BeeVangelists, which I can't do. I've tried reaching out to Facebook with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing a Facebook account that I used regularly. The username was "[redacted]" and I can provide the regular password upon request. In the past, I answered some unusual security questions which I now realize might be causing the issue. I'm unsure if my account was hacked or if there is another reason I can't log in. This account is important to me due to my contacts, and I would like to merge it with another irrelevant and deactivated account under the name Delilah. Can you please explain why I can't access my account? I also have three emails: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] that are linked. Thank you, Susan.

Having trouble with my Instagram account! I had been logged in when I decided to log in again to check my password, but I couldn't remember it. When I tried to log in again, I got logged out. I was able to change my password, but now when I try to log in, it asks me to confirm my account. The issue is, I no longer have the same phone number or email address linked to my account. I even tried signing in with Facebook, but now I have a new account that I can't delete because I don't have access to the old email and phone number. I have my ID ready to prove that I am David. I urgently need to regain access to my account as I am (The Vivienne) my husband's PA and I need to share updates and information with people, as it's necessary for my job. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

A friend's Facebook account username was "Nantong Sauya" from Kampala, Uganda. She last logged in back in May. When she recently tried to access her account, she found that her username, password, and access had all been changed. The new user, a male named "Musoni Oresty," has taken over the account and changed the profile picture. Despite this, all the original owner's uploaded pictures and content still remain on the page. Initially, she had used a phone number to create the account, which she no longer has, and never updated it with her email address, "[redacted]," which is not linked to the account. She is seeking urgent assistance to regain access to her account.

I recently updated my birthdate on Facebook and my account got blocked. I submitted all necessary documents for identity verification on June 7, [redacted], including my birth certificate, marriage license, driver's license, a magazine subscription stub, and work name tags from Winthrop University, where I worked for 38 years until my retirement in [redacted]. Sadly, my son passed away on July 21, and a memorial page has been created by Greene Funeral Home for him. It's been over 45 days since I provided all my identification documents, and I haven't heard back. I urgently need my account unblocked so my family and I can view tributes for my son Jimmy (James Arthur Wright). I can share Jimmy's obituary from The Herald for further verification if needed. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Diane B. W.; [redacted]; [redacted].

Hello, I am Elena Balaska. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account, @elenabalaska, as well as my dog's account. Approximately a month ago, a friend informed me that my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker uploaded a profile picture related to a terrorist group, resulting in Facebook permanently disabling my account. As a result, I have lost access to all my Instagram accounts. Additionally, the hacker managed to steal a significant amount of money from the credit card linked to the Business Manager. Given that I heavily rely on Facebook ads for work, not being able to access my account has been incredibly challenging. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in creating a new Facebook account, and I am unable to report the credit card fraud. I kindly request assistance in recovering my accounts. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account has been disabled. Early this morning, both my Facebook and email were hacked. The passwords were changed, and now my Facebook account has been disabled. After filling out the online form, I received an email from Facebook stating that my account has been permanently disabled for not following the Community Standards. Unfortunately, they won't reactivate it for any reason. This is frustrating because I didn't do anything to warrant the account being disabled. I've been on Facebook for 15 years without any issues. I'm struggling to find a way to resolve this matter as no one seems able to help.

I was scammed by someone pretending to be a company who promised to double my money if I bought gift cards. They asked for my Facebook email and password to verify the conversation but then took over my account. My Facebook account belongs to Tsai Bethel, with a profile picture showing me with blonde hair and a blue shirt. Despite reaching out to Facebook for weeks, I have not received any assistance. Please consider either helping me regain access to my account or deleting the fake account created by the hacker. You can contact me via email at: [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I, Ed D., have been facing issues with my Facebook accounts. Due to multiple hacking incidents on my original account, I created a new one on July 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on the same day, I lost access to my original account without receiving any email about the changes made to it. As a result, I am unable to delete the original account that was compromised. The last activity on my original account was a message from my wife informing my friends about the hacking incident on July 11th. In the meantime, I have deactivated my new account and seek assistance in deleting my original account promptly.

Hello! Today my Facebook account was disabled. I believe it happened because I reported a weight loss product as a scam multiple times from unreliable sources. I also advised people to be cautious before sharing personal information with companies located in other countries. I did not use offensive language or mention any specific company. Many others on Facebook are experiencing similar issues as I described. It seems that companies advertising on Facebook are not being properly verified for legitimacy. I don't understand why my account was disabled for trying to protect consumers in the USA. It's concerning that scammers are taking advantage of people, especially during these challenging times. When trying to recover my account, the verification code wasn't sufficient, and now Facebook is requesting a photo of me, which I'm hesitant to provide. I hope to understand why my account was disabled by Facebook's Sensitivity Board. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to provide some additional information to verify my account: Username: Sumant Pandey Date of Birth: February 13, [redacted] Email: [redacted] While using Facebook on April 28, [redacted], I was requested to verify my identity. I accidentally entered my secondary email address, [redacted], instead of my primary one. Subsequently, my account was locked despite submitting my Aadhar card, photos, and voter ID card for verification. I sincerely apologize for the error. I am the legitimate account holder and provided details about graduating as an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University in [redacted]. I kindly ask for a review of my account to resolve this issue promptly. The attached details should assist with this process. Thank you.

I am currently selling items on Facebook, and most buyers have been reliable except for one who hasn't been communicating much. I am unsure if they have received the item as it has been two weeks since I posted it. The buyer claims to be waiting for other orders from two weeks ago, but I sent the item via first class with Royal Mail, so it should have arrived by now. I am frustrated as I have made an effort to send the item promptly and believe I should be paid. Another buyer further away received their item promptly, yet this particular buyer hasn't updated me or made a payment. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I have noticed that both my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been deleted or deactivated. If this action was due to sharing a picture related to sex trafficking from Facebook, my intention was solely to bring awareness to this issue. I never meant for any harm, especially regarding the children involved. I have been a user of Facebook since [redacted] and have always maintained a positive presence without posting anything inappropriate. Similarly, I have been on Instagram since [redacted] and have not shared any harmful content. My request is simple - please grant me access to my profiles. I have countless photos spanning years on these platforms that hold sentimental value to me. Moreover, I rely on Facebook for professional purposes. I assure you that I will abstain from posting such content in the future and only share family and work-related updates. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I started a Facebook group in May and was the admin. After leaving the company associated with the group, the new company head wants me to delete the group. Currently, the group is "on hold" on Facebook, and even though I should have admin access, I can't remove it or approve pending members. The new owner urgently wants the page removed, but I can't access the needed information as the page seems to have issues. This is time-sensitive as failing to delete the page could lead to trademark issues. Thank you.

Hello, I am encountering a serious issue concerning my Facebook account. I am unable to log into the account registered under the name Abigail Nicholson with the email [redacted] Typically, I stay logged in but I find myself disconnected this time. The challenge I face is that I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the original email. Despite entering my current phone number to receive the 6-digit code, I have not received it. Out of frustration, I created a new account with the same name using a Gmail address. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my original profile. Please feel free to delete the new profile as the original is linked to my professional social media presence. It's important to mention that I can still access the profile via my phone. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been locked out of my Facebook account because they are verifying my birthday. I was asked to send in ID to confirm it was me and to update my birthday. I've submitted my driver's license, medical records, Social Security number, and visa card over a month ago. I realized there are two accounts under my name, both with the same picture but one has a phone number that I lost a few months back. I've been trying to contact Facebook to solve this issue without any luck. I was informed that my first account may have been hacked and the phone number changed, making it impossible to verify. If anyone could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ken D.

Good morning, I require assistance regarding my Facebook page issue. Following the departure of a staff member from my business, Don Mario's, she changed my admin access to moderator only. Now, she is the sole admin, and despite changing the password, we are unable to remove her as admin. Could you kindly assist in removing Milanah Sololski as admin and reinstating me as admin? I am unable to do this action through the business page account, as it is not an admin but the owner. The ABN for my company, Thylacine Industries Pty Ltd trading as Don Mario's Café, is 77 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you, Rob Macedon

I used to be an admin on the Aster网红 page, but on July 20, [redacted], I was changed to an editor by another page called Aimee KidToys, which has no association with me or the rest of the admins from Malaysia. The Aster网红 page is primarily active in the Malaysian market, and we are concerned that Aimee KidToys may intercept private messages or access bank or credit card information. We reported this to Facebook on July 20, but have not received a response. Our team, including Jen Rinoa and ShiNie Ong, have been managing the Aster网红 page for years, and we are seeking assistance from Facebook to resolve this issue promptly. We are willing to provide any necessary clarification. Please help us address this matter to continue operating our business without disruptions. Thank you for your prompt attention.
